In love with love 2

First day of her junior year and she wanted to fast forward time to graduation already.  She had classes she didn't want to take, and no friends she really knew in any of them.  It was her worst nightmare come true, and now she has to face it every day.  She dealt with the same old classes, boring teachers, and her lunch period desperately trying to find a place to sit with people she knew.  Which by the way, a couple of times was spent in the girls bathroom so she didn't HAVE to find a place to sit.  Finally, the last period of the day came around and she walked into that class figuring things could only get worse, but boy did they get better.1

That boy, the one that stopped her heart, the one that would never talk to her was sitting right there in front of her.  She smiled walking in, and was upset to find that there was not one person in there that she really spoke to.  A class of 10 kids.  Kids she couldn't relate to.  Brains, potheads, jocks, morons, just...people she didn't WANT to relate to.  But he was there, and that's all that mattered.  Seats were obviously assigned, what teacher doesn't want to ruin the life of high school kids and assign seats?  But for some reason luck was most definitely on her side, the teacher assigned him as her lab partner.  An entire semester, she gets to SIT with him, and work with him. She was ecstatic!  Yet, he had no idea what she felt inside, not a clue.  So they acknowledged each other, briefly.  Then he really did start a conversation with this, dorky little girl.  And when she answered, it didn't come out dorky in the least bit.  It sounded hopeful, wise, learned.  She seemed as if she knew what she wanted, and he would soon find out that she had no idea.2

Over the course of two weeks, those two became so close you would think they'd known each other for years.  He became her best friend, and she became someone he could look to to be himself around.  They were complete opposite yes, but for some reason they found something in each other that brightened a dull day.  He was what she looked forward to every single day she woke up in the morning.  She had a reason now.  And what she was unaware of, is that she would become his reason too.3
