The Scene ~ Chapter Ten

“Do you want to drive? Do you know how to?” I asked her.

“Are you serious?” She asked with a smile.

“Yeah it is easy it’s an automatic.” I said.

“I can’t steer.” She said.

“Slide over on my lap.” I said patting my thigh.

“New sex position Corey?” She smiled and gave me a wicked grin.

“Get over here.” I laughed.

She slid on to my lap. “Put your hands on the wheel and I’ll put mine over yours.” I said.

I went on to talk her through reversing out of the car park, we were laughing most of the time because there were no cars around for her to crash into. I made her pretend that there was.

“Not bad for your first time, Steph not bad at all.” I smiled kissing her neck.

“I am driving!” She exclaimed her whole face was lit up.

“Yes you are. You are doing great we’ll just keep off the main roads. We’re almost there anyway.” I said.

“How do you know this place so well?” She asked.

“Joey and I have been here before.” I told her.

“I still can’t believe that I am driving.” She said with her smile still planted on her sweet face.

“Well it isn’t as easy as this. When we get back and we have some spare time I will teach you how to drive properly.” I said.

“Is there a chemist near this kebab shop?” She asked.

“There should be one I think.” I said. “Why do you ask?” I added.

“Because we need condoms, and I need other girl things.” She smiled.

“Oh okay then.” I smiled sucking on her neck.

“Hey cut that out. I am trying to drive here.” She laughed.

I sat back and said: “OK.”

I took my hands off the wheel and said: “You do the work.”

“Are you nuts?” She cried.

“Come on babe, you’re steering.” I smiled.

“Put your hands back around this god dam wheel or Mrs Palmer and her five daughters will be the only sex you get for a long time.” She snapped.

“Relax babe, damn.” I said putting my hands back on hers.

We got to the Kebab shop and I told her to pull over, I told her to go inside and order and I would go and find a chemist. I kissed her on the cheek before I left and told her to be careful.

“Hey look at this man!” A scruffy looking guy said as I walked into the shop meeting up with Steph again. I had gone to the chemist and got what she told me to buy.

“Is there a problem?” Stephanie asked innocently.

“Yeah there is little miss. You are sitting on the wrong guys lap.” He said smugly.

“Please you wish buddy.” She said and started laughing at the guy.

“Damn you’re a hot tie I would love to lift that skirt of…” The guy beside him said.

“Hey what the fuck you looking at dickhead.” I said before he could finish what he was saying. “You want to start something?” I added.

I stood up and lifted my jumper a bit, and revealed my bandanna wrapped around my wrist.

“Michael shut the fuck up man.” The first guy said to his friend.

“Nah this fuck wit wants to have a go, let’s see what he has got.” He said.

The owner of the shop interrupted. “Michael and your gang of shit heads get out of here unless you are buying something or I will call the cops.”

We grabbed our order because it was ready and went outside.

Michael and now not one but two guys were standing outside of the car.

“Michael let it go man. You don’t know who he is.” One of them said to him.

“Shut the fuck up pussy. Look at him! He looks like a fuck en kid.” He laughed.

“Stepha get in the car lock the door.” I said to her.

She went to get in the car. “Don’t go far babe; after I smash your little pin dick boyfriend. You’ll be coming home with me.” Michael laughed.

She ignored him and locked herself in the car like I had told her too.

“Come on faggot. You wanted to go so let’s go.” I said signalling for him to come over. “Look I’ll even give you a free shot.” I added.

“One shot is all I need and you’re going to be leaving here in a stretcher bitch.” He said and swung at me.

I ducked grabbed his arm and punched him in the nose. I heard it he did and he came over to me and said well you little then i turned around and cracked him in the nose, I felt and heard it crack on impact. I jumped and kicked him in the head and he fell cold to the floor. His two mates stood there not doing anything.

“You two dicks want some too? You still want a piece of MY girl?” I yelled.

“Nah you’re cool man.” They said.

Stepha opened the door and I got in, joined the wires and we drove off.

“Who the hell were they?” Stephanie asked.

“I don’t know.” I said.

“When you lifted you’re jumper. The first guy he was with got scared, and he was a lot older than you.”

“That’s cos Joey and the boys are known around here.” I said.

“And are you?” She asked.

“After tonight I will be.” I smiled. “I just wish you did’t have to see that.” I added shaking my head.

“Corey you can’t wrap me up in cotton wool forever. I’m not a child you do not have to shelter me.” She said.

“I hate you ya know? When I am trying to be pissed off with you, all you have to do is smile and you melt me.” I sighed.

“I did’t know that you could fight like that.” She said.

“I’m going to teach you how to defend yourself as well. And I want you to take this bandanna and where it around your wrist or your stomach like mine, and no one in this town will fuck with you.” I said.

“Are you going to tell Joey what happened?” She asked.

“Hell yes, just in case that bitch wants to make something of it. I don’t think that they will. He will probably be too embarrassed.”

“Where have you been?” Joey asked on our arrival.

“Sorry man, we got everything we needed, but run into some trouble getting dinner.” I said opening the boot.

“What kind of trouble?” Joey asked.

“Just a guy with a big mouth, thought he could start something.” I said.

“I bet I know who it was over.” Joey said looking at Stephanie.

“Hey! It’s not my fault.” She cried out.

“It’s going to be hard having such a beautiful girlfriend I guess.” I smiled and hugged her.

“So what happened with the guys?” Joey asked.

“The shop owner told them to piss off; he was obviously used to them trying to start trouble. We went outside and they waited for us. Then that guy kept mouthing off. The other two Stepha says were scared from when I lifted my shirt and saw my bandanna.” I explained.

“So did you drop them then?” Danny asked.

“The Michael guy I did, the other guys were not causing a problem so I let them go. I didn’t want to but he wouldn’t shut up and he swung at me first.” I smiled.

“Were you scared Stephanie?” Joey asked.

“I was more scared for Corey. I mean I don’t know this place but it looks bad, they could have had a weapon.” She said.

“Welcome to our world Steph.” I said giving her a hug.
