Movie Night

.1

Focusing on the characters on the screen, he hadn't noticed her moving just a little bit closer. Closer, closer she moved, until her thigh brushed his and he looked into her eyes. 2

He smiled at her, and put his arm around her. She smiled back, and snuggled into his half-embrace. It felt so right, being this close to him, breathing in harmony as they turned their attention back to the movie. So very, very right.3

And yet, not quite right, not completely. She pressed closer to his side, and he held her there more tightly, more by reflex than anything else. The sounds of battle flowed through the speakers of the television, but she had lost interest in their battle, focusing on her own now. He was still absorbed in the movie though; she would have to fix that.4

Stretching her neck, she whispered into his ear. Even in the dark, she could see his blush. Smiling, she whispered more, laughing softly when he started to squirm on the couch. 5

She guided his lips down to hers and clung to him, pouring all of her affection into that one kiss; she wasn't so shy any more, and as they pulled away he looked stunned. What had happened to the shy girl, immaturely ducking away from his kisses? Where had this bold, passionate woman come from?6

Men screamed in death, and she moved from his side to straddle him, leaning in for another kiss. He met her lips eagerly, letting his hesitant hands begin to explore the body that had been off limits to him before. 7

She reached behind the couch for the knife she had secured there earlier, and as the victors shouted their triumph on the screen she plunged it into his neck, halting his lips and his hands.8

Author notes

I'm just a little angry. Again. Fucking prick.

O.O And your anger shows...she's a right little vixen, ain't she?

Very well-written, I must say. Great suspense build up. I totally was not expecting that!

Wow!! Unexpected...I think I fell off my chair *was sitting on the edge*. Men can be such jerks. i know I married my jerk . Good descriptions...like the way the battle was still going in the background.

    overall: 7.

Hmmm.... well, THIS isnt what i was expecting. LOL. I agree its a good story though, had me all into it, then made me pause when the knife came into play. Definitely interesting to say the least. Well written though, and VERY angry. I've felt like doing and writing things like this before, though. Very recently in fact. I think sometimes we have the same life, just in a different city lol. You always seem to write what im feeling, and you always say the same about my poems. Maybe its just a coincidence... but maybe not... Anyway, great write. Thanks for sharing. I'll make it extra special and give you a rose and an applause this time
