EMMETT, CASSANDRA and TIM are sat around a smallish table,3

eating a meal.4

about a camel. A camel that can9

fly and goes WHOOSH!!! Yeah!10

TIM acts this out with his food11

Stop playing with your food. It's13

annoying me. You shouldn't play14

with your food.15

CASSANDRA16

Shh... Emmett. You've had a hard17

day. I hate interviews too. No18

need to take it out on him.19

EMMETT sighs, puts down his knife and fork, finishes his20

current mouthful of food.21

I'm going out. I'll be back23

later. Maybe. 24

EMMETT stands up, jerking the table backwards, as TIM and25

CASSANDRA stare at him.26

CASSANDRA27

You, are going nowhere. You just28

need to calm down. Here (she29

reaches out for EMMETT's arm and30

he pulls back) oh. I'll put some31

music on then. Everything will32

look better in the morning.33

CASSANDRA retrieves her arm and walks over to the music35

system. EMMETT leaves the room.36

I'm going to bed. As you said,38

INT. INSIDE EMMETT'S HOUSE, BEDROOM - NIGHT41

FROM ABOVE42

EMMETT is lying in bed, CASSANDRA draped over him limply.43

She is asleep, EMMETT facing away from her. We cannot yet44

tell whether or not EMMETT is asleep, however his eyes are45

closed. EMMETT blinks his eyes open, and the camera46

corkscrews down, ending beside EMMETT. He closes his eyes47

again. We can now see that he is mumbling. We zoom in on48

his face, and the mumbling becomes coherent.49

...nger hair. I sat myself upon a51

spike, tall and thin a pillar it52

was. Fortune...53

EMMETT gasps and he realises he has been talking to54

himself. 55

EMMETT blinks again.60

INT. CHURCH HALL62

EMMETT and CASSANDRA are talking to various other63

parishioners. EMMETT is walking from person to person with64

an obvious fervor. Everyone is wearing shades of grey and65

pale browns, including CASSANDRA. EMMETT stands out,66

dressed in black. His hair slicked down.67
