Freshman Year ch 5-6

Tyler's parents grounded him for three weeks and made him publicly apologize to me, and I didn't catch the rest of the punishment. However, Julia decided it was time to introduce me to Dylan. "I think he'll be good for you," Julia said.1

Well, I trust my sister. So at lunch, Dylan came over to where we was sitting. "Dylan, this is Rebecca," Julia said. Dylan's eyes got big when he looked at me. I guess I'm pretty. I have long curly black hair, big brown eyes, and ivory skin. My figure was slim with a few curves and a pretty good size chest and guys liked my butt.2

Dylan wasn't too shabby either. He had spiky dark brown hair, blue eyes, and was fair skinned. He was also had a lean muscular body that was beautiful. We talked the whole lunch period and Dylan asked, "Can I call you sometime?" "Yes," I said. I wrote down my phone number and gave it to Dylan and he smiled and said, "I'll call you around five." Then he got up and left. 3

It was hard to believe it was already November. It seemed like we'd just gotten into school. Thanksgiving Break was around the corner. I was excited to see what would happen during the time we was away from school. 4

Jeff and Julia were arguing when I came home from playing basketball with Hannah. "I can't believe you cheated on me with her," Julia shrieked. "Well, at least she's not a bunny like you are," Jeff shouted. Julia just slapped him and he closed his eyes. I stood and watched as he grabbed her wrists and pulled her hair. "OUCH, you bunny, let go of my hair," she whimpered. "I still know how to make you weak," Jeff said softly, letting her go. Ummm, I guess that's their way of making up....whatever!6

I came in and got a Mountain Dew from the fridge and shook my head at them. "You two are weird," I muttered. "Oh we fight like this sometimes," Julia said. "But he cheated on you, you're just gonna accept that," I demanded. Julia just shrugged and said, "It wasn't anything major." I may not know much about love, but I knew more than what Julia did!7

Dylan called me at five just like he said. We talked for an hour and planned on going out to the movies Friday night. I was so excited when we got off the phone. Dylan's one of the cutest guys in school and I Rebecca Lynn get to go out with him!8
