Indoor Baseball

"BATTER UP!" Kristi yelled as i stepped up to the 'plate,' the little section in front of our couch and behind the coffee table.  I picked up the 'bat,' my little brother's light saber, and got ready to swing.1

"Strike her out!" Ryan yelled.  He's supposed to be cheering me on, little rat.  Kristi threw the 'ball,' a mini Gatorade bottle, and I missed.2

"YEAH!" Kristi and Gunnar yelled and high fived.3

"Yeah yeah gimme another one!" I said as I threw the 'ball' back.  After three swings and misses I was out.  "Ryan your up!"  I told him.  My little brother walked over the the couch and picked up the 'bat.'  This time Gunnar threw the ball and Ryan missed.4

"Let Kristi pitch!" i yelled, "Maybe he could hit it then!"  Ryan gave me a dirty look and i laughed.  Kristi threw the 'ball' and Ryan hit it.  The 'ball' went bouncing down the hall and Ryan didn't know what to do. 5

"RUN OUTSIDE AND TAG THAT TREE THEN COME BACK!" I yelled.  Ryan ran for the door with me right behind him.  Once he was outside I locked the door.  Kristi, Gunnar and I ran to window to watch.  Ryan tagged the tree then came running back, pounding on the door.6

"LET ME IN!  GUNNAR UNLOCK THE DOOR!" Gunnar looked at me and Kristi.7

"YEAH RIGHT!" he yelled back.  8

"FINE!  Ally what do I have to do to get back in?" He knew the drill.  I made my sister moon a tree and yell at the top of her lungs that I locked her out of the house and she was a loser the last time this happened.9

"Hmmm..."10

"PEE ON THE TREE!" Kristi yelled.11

"NO! DON'T!"  I laughed, "RYAN DON'T!" We all laughed as we yelled that we were kidding but watched as Ryan walked over to the tree.  He turned around and pretty soon there was pee running down the tree trunk!  "OH MY GOSH!  RYAN GET IN HERE!" I yelled.  We all ran over to the door to unlock it, trying to fall over laughing.  Ryan came in the house with a proud face, trying not to laugh.12

"I CANT BELIEVE YOU DID THAT!" I exclaimed.  Once we all got over it we went back to our game.  I walked up to the 'plate' and picked up the 'bat.'  Kristi threw the 'ball' and I hit it.13

"OUT!" Gunnar yelled.14

"Fine Gunnar.  You throw it!"  I said.  Gunnar took the 'ball' and threw it, right over my head!15

"YOU SUCK AT PITCHING!" I laughed as I threw the 'ball' at him.  Gunnar ducked as the bottle whizzed by, hitting my styrofoam cup!  Instantly soda spewed out of the side of the cup onto the carpet.16

"CRAP!" I yelled.  "RYAN GO GET TOWELS!" I yelled as i ran over and picked up the cup.  Ten minutes later we had it cleaned up and were sitting on the couch when my mom pulled up.17

"What have you guys been up to?" she asked as she walked in.18

"NOTHING!" we all yelled and jumped off the couch, running into our separate rooms.19
