An angel flies overhead,1
He drops a shiny glass heart in her hands,2
"Wait," she calls out, "I...I don't want this..."3
But the angel just flies away.4
The girl sits on the ground and stares at the fragile glass heart. 5
"Why would anyone give me this?" she thinks to herself.6
"I don't deserve it."7
She stands up and begins walking back along the path of the garden.8
Then, it begins to rain.9
She picks up her pace along the path to find a shelter.10
As her delicate shoes hit the the hard cobblestone path she hits a stray stone and tumbles face first onto the path.11
The glass slips from her hands and into the air, then shatters as it hits the hard ground.12
She bursts into tears and sits in the rain desperately trying to piece the little heart back together.13
Suddenly she feels a hand on her shoulder.14
She looks up and sees the angel.15
"You foolish girl," he says sternly, "You were given something so lovely and delicate, and look what you've made of it!"16
"My lord, in all fairness, I did not ask it to be given to me. Things as precious as that should never be given to girls as clumsy and unworthy as I."17
The angel nods, "Never again then."
Then he flies away leaving a great shadow over the garden, never to feel the warmth of the sun again.

this is a good start to what could be a wonderful story with some more imagery added making it a much longer read or make it flow easily. but it is a good creation all the same.
