Enigma ( Part two)

"Mmm, it still feels warm no matter what. I wonder if it is like a hot spring or something like that." Ray giggled contently to herself. 1

She swam around for a while, enjoying herself when that same eerie voice began to speak again.2

"Ray..I really have missed your presences over the past several weeks." 3

This encounter was different from before, to the point that Ray couldn't just shrug it off, for the voice was accompanied by a physical aspect. It had a tall slender, well built figure, with its head tilted downwards, letting its long black and blood red streaked hair fall in layers into its face.The strange figure stood there half merged in the water about two feet away from where Ray floated. Dispite all of this Ray could only think about the black button-up leather trench coat it wore, getting ruined in the water.4

" Its a damn shame. I hope that isn't real leather." she thought.5

As Ray floated there dazed, the figure  took advantage and slowly approached her, cutting through the water so smoothly as if it were weightless. Once it got within  touching distance it extended its hand and caressed Ray's cheek. It also allowed the sea green eyes it possessed to make contact with Ray's.6

" Ray my dear...." It uttered through its icy dead lips.7

At that moment Ray regained conscience and slapped its hand away, then dived under water.8

" Ray...are you running away from me so?" It faded away leaving fiery orange orchid petals in its place.9

Ray, however swam as fast as she could back to shore, grabbed her clothes and ran all the way home;not stopping until she reached the edge of her apartment building.10

" What the HELL was that?!" she barley pushed out between her panting as she gazed back down the path to make sure she wasn't followed.11

" AH! The sun is almost down! Damn I'm going to be so busted!"12

She put back on her clothes and walked into the apartment building.13
