slothy

I rolled over, in bed and stared at the blinking clock to my right. The red numbers flashed 4:15 at me, but soon changed to 4:16. I rolled my eyes, and opened my drawer. I pulled out a twinie, and stuffed it into my mouth and flipped on the TV. Only 15 hours of sleep this night, I had to be awake for 9 hours today, how crazy is that? 1

I flipped through the channels, but soon realized, that nothing good was on the TV. I nearly threw my remote at it, but decided that would be a bad thing to do. So I simply rolled over and fell back asleep. 2

Dreams about the gym haunted me, I'll work out tommorow, I mutter to myself, for the 9th time this month.3

I woke up screaming, it was 8 at night it was time to get up.4

Ahh, who hasn't felt like this at one time or another? I liked how you included television, which is probably the cause for sloth for a lot of people. Either that, or this internet thing. It's so easy to get addicted to staring at a little screen all day. The shortness of the story is kind of fitting too, why would a lazy person have a loooong, drawn out story? Thanks for entering the contest!

    good

Sloth = T.V. Slothy almost hints at the cloth in the ears or the abitual conexction between the procrastinate infiltration of being glued to the tube, healthy dude, but logging on is always an alternative and often more productive, right.
