You Make Me Feel Like I Can't Think

I don't know exactly what's wrong, but something is.1

I've been...depressed for awhile. Hell, I've been depressed for 17 years, but I think this whole month has set a permanent scar upon my already tortured and blackened soul. This month has included all of a year's hell pushed into a short 31 days.2

The funny thing is, I usually know exactly why I feel some ways. And I'll admit I'm depressed, and I know there are multiple reasons for this feeling. One of them, of course, that's been carrying on for quite a while, is the whole Caiti situation. (No need to get into that now.) But there are also reasons why I'm depressed, but I just can't figure it out. There's like a blockage that is hiding and containing the truth, and I just can't figure it out.3

Proposed solution?4

Drink 'till I forget.5

Maybe you should tell a psychologist. Or someone in real life. Or...get a diary, take up a self defense class, drink more water. Do something for your depression that won't kill your liver, or any other part of your body.

Thinking isn't always the best thing to do. Sometimes it's best to leave it be. While the feeling may linger, you just can't dwell upon it. Still wished you'd talk to people about it more. Introversion scares me..

Depression + Depressent Does not equal No more Depression, dude.
