Serenity (section 2 of my book)

"Dont you want to be free to do as you wish to?" said the beuatiful woman who had earlier said her name was Serenity , "You could live forever and do your will and yours alone...you could be.....an immortal." Serenity was a tall figure...almost as tall as William , and she was beautiful , as an angel from the heavens. She had dark brown hair , and eyes that looked like glass. She was slender , and shapely , and William found her unussually attractive...as if there were a spell on him controling his emotions. " I will ," said william ,"if it means that i can spend one second longer with you". That was her signal , it was time. Serenity stuck her tiny fangs in his neck , drinking , feasting on every drop of blood that was available. She almost forgot to let him live because of the lovely taste of the blood , she got trapped in its spell every time she drank , more so when she was trying to turn someone. Finally , after her feast was over , he fell to the ground. She knew well what would happen when he woke up...he would be immortal...driven at first by only the taste of blood....he was now her mate for life. Turning is not simply a process....it is a bind of love , excepting ones loyalty for eternity...She slit her wrists with her nail , letting blood spill on the snow...she then proceeded to write a letter in the bloody snow...it said "Golden Inn , be there to quinch your thirst." Now that she had completed the process , she went into town , to the Golden inn , and hunted the humans. They were so pathetic in her eyes...simply magets waiting to be crushed....she killed everyone there , drinking and feasting until she had her fill , and then she waited...she hung them on the roof , and spread bodies in almost a ritualistic manner....she was making the blood unresistable. She wanted her love to feed and drink and feast like he never had before. When he walked in that door he would be overtakin by the smell of the blood...and he would fall to it. She had seen this process take place many times over her 3000 years of existance. So then she waited...she waited for the fun to begin. She knew he would be there soon...for she too had been turned , and she knows of the uncontrollable thirst that awaits your first awakining. While she waited she noted what a beautiful place she had just covered with blood...and she almost regretted it. At first entry there was a beautiful crytal chandelier , and below it there were several marble tables. The bar had a granit top , and behind it was every kind of drink that any mortal could ask for. It was a remarkable place , but she would sacrifice any beauty to quench Williams thirst. Suddenly the door clashed open , revealing a creature that looked mad with the thirst...the longing for the blood had takin over his eyes , and they to now looked like glass. Broken glass. The thirst was stronger than any she had seen before. Emidiantly without even aknowlegeing her presence , William  jumped to one mortal , and instead of drinking from the neck as you might guess , he simply ripped off limbs and began gnawing...chewing as would a dog on a bone. He continued to use this process until all the blood was gone...and then he dropped to his knees...not out of guilt...no...Vampires do not feel guilt , they kill with hatred , and have no regrets. He sank to his kness in confusion...what had he become? The thought finally drove him to the dark , and he closed his eyes , resting with confusion...and dreaming of what he had done...he wanted to fill guilty , he so wished he could , but all he could do is laugh at the images the dreams sent. The gnawing on human flesh...he hhad ripped the heart from one , and drank every drop of blood that was in it...and he loved every bit of it. He wanted so badly to hate himself for doing it...but instead he just dreamed...and he loved the dreams...he had loved every bit of the killing...he was a vampire after all....the worst vampire there would be as a matter of fact. His future would hold more death then any war could bring , more murders...more blood. Oh yes..their would be blood. Lots and lots of his precious blood.1
