Betrayal Ch 1

Dylan gave Denise a ride home from school and told her that he would call before he went to Jennifer's to work on the science project. Denise smiled and gave him a kiss and then went inside. She got a snack of veggies and ranch dressing and a bottle of flavored water and sat down in front of the TV. There wasn't anything good on, but she had to kill time until Dylan called and before Tommy came over to help her with her math.1

Tommy has been helping Denise with her math for the longest time. But in the mean time he had fell for Denise and she felt the same way. But she wasn't ready to give up her relationship with Dylan. Tommy wouldn't be coming over until 5:30 for he had a student council meeting.2

Dylan called Denise around 4. "I'm getting ready to go to Jennifer's," he said. "Okay. So how's the project been coming along," Denise asked. "Its going alright," Dylan said. "We've had to kinda cut the time short cause she's going out with Jeff." "Oh, okay," Denise said. "How's studying with Tommy going," Dylan asked. Denise hesitated thinking about how a couple of times they should have been studying but instead making out and then said, "Its going good. I think I should be able to pass the exam coming up." "I'm glad to hear that. I'll stop by after I get done at Jennifer's," Dylan said. "That sounds good to me," Denise said. "I love you." "I love you too, baby," Dylan said then hung up the phone.3

Not too long after she hung up the phone, Tommy pulled up in the driveway. "I thought you had that meeting," Denise said as he came in. "We didn't have much on the agenda today," Tommy said, wrapping her in his arms. He kissed her and then held her close for a little while. Denise finally pulled away and said, "We better get to studying."4
