Where Have All The Children Gone? Part 2

Then i tried to visualize not only the streets of America but also the the world. Empty streets no laughter no crying, no children just silence all over the world. Then I thought "impossible." It could not happen or could it? As i sat there on my front porch. I thought of the first time I'd came to the big city. The world was at war "World War 2." People all over the world were dying by the thousands. Every day it was as if the countries of the world had just chosen up sides and were playing a game. The game would not be over until one side had destroyed the other side. Soon it was over. The discovery of the atomic bomb and the dropping of only two bombs on two cities and the destruction yes the war was over. Men and women began to return to heir own countries and homes.Many had not saw their family in some time some even years. And so began what is called the baby boom era.1

Within a few years the country seemed to be back to normal. Everywhere you looked in the cities you could see children.2
