You Have To part 9

As they drove through the six flags parking lot trying to find a place to park they both thought about what this day would bring. Would this be the day that both of them had been secretly looking for since Tahiri died or would this just be another heartbreak for both of them?   1

'Hey there's one Bryan!' Mia says as she points a little ways down the road.2

'oh hey thanks' Bryan responds dashing for the parking space so that no one else takes it.3

As they got out of the car and began to walk to the front of the park Bryan decided to find out whether she really liked him or not. He slowly reached out and gently took hold of her hand. She slowly turned her head to face him, smiling the whole way. As they continue to walk towards the front of the park they let loose of all the worries they had about today and begin having the best day that they've had in a long while.4

That day they rode every roller coaster in the park, even though Mia was deathly afraid of most of them. They ate a beautifully grand lunch of hot dogs and french fries and washed it down with a delicious funnel cake.5

They spent the day hoping that this could go on forever and that nothing bad would happen to them. This was one wish that came true.6

That night they left the park at around 9:30 after doing everything six flags had to offer. They were exhausted so they took the tram back to their car to save them the trouble of walking. ON the way home they listened to blasting music that talked about everything from suicide to love, death to rebirth, depression to deepest joy, and they sang along to every tune.7

They talked about everything that night except for the one feeling that they really couldn't express, the feeling that Tahiri was watching over them and keeping them safe.8

'Come on Bry. My mom said she wanted to meet by boyfriend.' Mia said looking at him.9

'Well if you insist.' Bryan responded sarcastically getting out of the car.10

Even the walk to the front door seemed to take days, even though it only took twelve steps. As the rang the doorbell Mia's mom answered looking terribly saddened.11

'Mia we need to talk.'12
