Plain Sally Chapter Seven

Sally woke up at the sound of her alarm clock.  She headed for the kitchen and made herself some coffee.  Mike and Lucy were already up.  They were chatting umongst themselves.  "i didnt want to wake you so i just came in here and fixed my own breakfast."  Mike said.  "guess what?  my power is getting stronger.  so i hope it wont take too long to find Sandra and Robbie."  sally said with a smile.  "you know what i think that is the first time i have ever seen you smile."  lucy said.  "oh god.  not this again."  mike started to pray.  "please help lord.  show her this is not real.  this is not your doing."  As he was praying Lucy just stared at him.  Sally ignored the whole thing.  1

"lucy how did you sleep last night?  did you have a visitor?"  she asked.  "i saw collin.  boy he was mad too.  all i could do was laugh and it made it worse.  He kept rambling that i'm going to pay for something." Lucy responded.  "did you make it out what he was saying?"  sally asked again.  "no he was mumbling.  but he was holding a black rose while we were talking.  i know where where his wife and kid lives and i think we should start there."  Lucy added.  "you guys are crazy."  mike finally spoke out.  " we cant just go over to someones widow and ask questions.  thats rude."  "you know what mike, just get ready and meet us in the car.  if you want to find your fiancee and my room mate then get the fuck up and get moving."  Sally demanded.2

The whole car ride was in silence.  no one would speak a word.  finally they arrived.  "ok we're here."  Lucy said.  they parked on the street because there was other cars in the driveway.  "they must be having a get together."  mike said sarcastically.  Mike was the first one out of the car.  All of them started walking up the pathway slowly.  Sally knocked.3

A little girl answered the door.  "hi is your mommy around?  we need to ask some questions?"  Sally said.  The little girl looked up and down and shut the door.  You could hear her call here mom.  it wasnt long till you couldhear footsteps coming towards the door.  the door opened and in the doorway was a women that looked old.  she had red hair curled to the frame of her face.  her posture was bent forward.  almost like she had a hump on her back.4

"may i help you?" the women said.  "my name is Sally."  the women interupted i know who you are.  you were in the paper.  the lady ushered them in.  "i'm so sorry for what happened to you two.  my name is christine.  i will make us some coffee.  she walked off like she was going to cry.  "we are so sorry to come at a time like this."  mike spoke up.  she didnt say anything.Sally started to walk off while Lucy was tslking to her.  "i knew he was doing something,  but i didnt know he would do something like that.  those 11 families must be a little happier now that collin is gone."  she said.  she started to cry.  "heres your coffee's."5

Sally started to tell her.  "i know this will be hard to hear but just hear me out."  she paused.  "he's back."  Christine got up from where she was sitting.  "that's impossible.  i had to claim his broken body at the prison morge.  he's dead."  she started to hyperventilate.  "what's wrong?"  lucy asked in comfort.  she walked to her to help her calm down.  "why would you come over here, knowing we are mourning, and say such lies/  we have been through so much."  as christine was talking to christine, sally started to wonder off to the other room.  Sally could feel something wasn't right in this next room.  she saw something catch her eye.  it was a picture.  she picked it up to look at it and she had gotten a preminition.6

Christine was coming home from work and she looked very tired.  she saw that her daughter was already in bed so she goes ahead and walks up to her room.  she opened the door and she saw Collin sleeping with another women.  Collin had woken up to Christine's yelling.  she runs off into the hallway walking pacing up and down.  they start getting into a heated argument.  Christine didnt know she was being backed into the edge of the stairs.  next thing Sally sees is that collin raises his hands and pushes Christine down the stairs.  7

Sally came back with a gasp.  she almost dropped the picture.  She turned around and atarted walking back where christine was sitting.  "you caught him cheating on you didn't you.  in your bedroom?  didnt you?"  Sally said.  Christines face went blank.  five minutes passed before she said a word.  she on the couch and started pouring out her heart and soul.  "i didnt know how much of a fucking prick he was till that night.  he used to come home and give me flowers.  but when carrie was born,  he was hardly around.  he would always come up with stupid excuse that he was working late.  At a cafe? yeah right.  Well i was called in to do a business trip in Atlanta so i left for a couple days.  i came home early and suprised Collin.  Well i was the one that was suprised.  i walked on him with another women.  that's when we started arguing.  he pushed me down the stairs.  that's why i i have a hump now.  that bastard killed my unborn child too."  she started crying.  "that's why i came home early.  i wanted to tell him i was pregnant."  8

Sally felt so sorry for her and started to grab her hand for comfort.  she had another preminition.  this time it was about Robbie and Sandra.  9

Sally finally spoke up.  "what did you see."  lucy said.  Sally ignored the question and spoke directly to Christine.  He came to you already, did't he.  Fuck, you knew that we were coming.  you know where our friends are don't you?  dont you help him.  this is not your fight now tell me where the fuck they are?"  sally said with great force.10
