Lost

Over the river and through the woods dad goes hunting, through the river and into the woods. Into the river and around the woods he hunts baby piglets for our supper. Looking high and low, around the river and under the woods. Until he hears them squealing near the river then around the woods he chases pigs till dark. He doesn’t catch anything and so comes back, over the woods, around the river, into the river and woods and finally over the river where he smells pork chops and I stand waiting to say. "You should have taken a map."1

Yes I'm a goofball, that description fits me to a T but at least I get regular holidays in return for that "T" (if only the sleeves on the jackets weren't so long.) Thanks for the points, I appreciate them even if I was only playing.

Thank you for being different and good luck.
    Susan
