Dreamer's Christmas

Whitney went to the barn, she was so happy today.  "Dreamer guess what" she yelled.  Santa Claus is coming.  He is a big fat guy in a red suit, with a big belly and a long beard.  He brings presents to all the good boys and girls all over the world.1

Dreamer looked at her not knowing what this Santa Claus was.  Whitney sat down on a bale of hay and said Dreamer I am going to tell you all about Christmas.2

A long time ago a woman named Mary gave birth to a baby boy named Jesus.  Jesus was Gods son and we have Christmas to celebrate his birthday.  One day Santa Claus decided to celebrate Jesus birthday by going all over the world and make kids happy.  Santa has elves working at his workshop in the North Pole making toys all year long.  On Christmas Eve Santa loads up his Sleigh with all the toys and has magic reindeer that fly the sleigh to every kids house.  So Dreamer keep an eye out for Santa tonight for me.  Whitney gave Dreamer a big hug and went back to her house to get ready for bed.3

Back at the house Whitney made sure to leave a plate of her favorite cookies for Santa and a big glass of milk by the Christmas Tree and checked to make sure her stocking was hanging by the fireplace.  Off to bed for Whitney, where she dreamed of Santa and his workshop.4

Around midnight Dreamer heard a big crash outside and then the barn doors opened up.  There stood a man in a red suit just like the guy Whitney told him about.  He came over to Dreamer and said Ho, Ho, Ho hello little Dreamer.  I heard you were a good calf this year.  I need your help Dreamer, I have too many toys in my sleigh and need to borrow the hay wagon for a little while.  Would you mind pulling it along the road while we go from house to house.  Dreamer was so excited, her first Christmas and she was going to help Santa.  So after loading the hay wagon with presents Dreamer followed Santa from house to house until the wagon was empty and Santa took her home.  Santa shared some of the cookies with Dreamer and wished her a Merry Christmas before going on his way.5

In the morning Whitney ran to the barn to wish Dreamer a Merry Christmas and give her a Red Scarf she made for her favorite cow, with her Mommy's help of course.6

When she got to the barn she was surprised that Dreamer was still asleep so she wrapped the scarf around her neck and gave her a kiss.  "Merry Christmas Dreamer, I Love you" she said.  When she turned to leave she saw in the corner of Dreamer's stall a tiny Christmas tree and a brand new Frisbee and was so happy Santa must have come and given Dreamer a present too.7
