    Okie dokie... icky stuff first.

"was yelling in total disbelieve" '...was yell in total disbelief.'

Right then. English is not your mother-tongue, hm? You seem to use better grammar than a lot of native English speakers

I enjoyed this. Short and amusing. It made me giggle. Wonderful way to start off my morning. Thank you very much!

I found it to be rather humerous and off the wall (which is probably why it does get a big laugh). Hope you don't mind me saying, but I think you want "disbelieve" to be "disbelief" in paragraph six.

    Short and powerfull

I like it! Nice very shortstory. Reads faster than it was written, I suppose. LOL

If you allow me to criticize just one point; I would've choosen another title. I know you're supposed to 'round up the circle' but in this case you make it too predictable, and I like suprises ;-)

    beginning: 5, language: 4, plot: 5, overall: 7, ending: 2, characters: 5.

Poor batman...poor Peanutbutter gal. Mari said you are going to win, so if you on't you know who to yell at.

In my own vernacular, "It's wicked good."

This is truly funny! So very unique in topic and wording not commonly found in poetry, which is why I love it so! It takes true talent to take an off the wall subject and come with something brilliant, so my hat is off to you! Well done!!
I will have to read moe from you! Karen

Uh oh... I think you misunderstood me Leander. Sure, I'll be the ostrich mascot, but isn't the cow (you) seperate. Although, as we've already determined that I look like an ostrich, I guess that if I dressed up as a cow then that would make me "an ostrich in cow print".

How you've managed to weave an "ostrich in cow print", "inflatable batman", "roller blades", "ppffffsssjjtttt" and "No!" into a simple comprehensible piece is beyond me.

This is really hilarious, I love your sense of humour. We'd just have to see what would happen if we reversed roles here...

What if it were the "inflatable batman" that wanted to play with "the ostrich in cow print" and then he heard "ppffffsssjjtttt"... hey, I think I've got it! Maybe it was an inflatable parade (or a parade of inflatables... maybe not an inflatable parade, because I don't know how that would work )... maybe the two of them collided and then it made a huge noise as they deflated, then again it would probably be more like "PPFFFSSSJJTTTT!!!!!!!!" instead.

(oh no, look what you've done to me now! )

...and on a side note: If your muse is in the Riviera, I want mine to go there too. (because I'd much prefer my muse to be visiting there than being an 80 year old dried up virgin )

Yes!! Aha..something new from your Belgium pen, Leander!! This is so funny...from the title to the ostrich dressed in cow print to the pppfffssst. I had to smile at the ostrich - I grew up on an ostrich farm and an ostrich in cow print...wow!! that just blew my mind, lol !! You have such a vivid imagination, my friend and that makes you so adorable...I just love your wit!! Hmmm...I told you to come to South Africa - "hunting" is big business here and you would have understood the Afrikaans guys too!

I so enjoyed this - much more than you'll realise! Hang in there, my friend...your muse needs some time-out too
