Little Whitney lived on a beautiful ranch,1
She loved to run and play in the big open fields.2
Her parents and big brother loved her very much,3
but they were always so busy on the ranch.4
One day one of the cows had a baby calf,5
Little Whitney named her Dreamer.6
Dreamer was a pretty brown calf,7
with big brown eyes.8
Everyday Whitney would go to the barn and visit with Dreamer,9
Dreamer loved it when Whitney would come and rub behind her ears.10
One day Whitney was bored and found her big brothers Frisbee,11
She asked her brother if he would play with her,12
He was too busy.13
She asked her dad as well but he also was too busy to play with Little Whitney.14
Her mother was busy working in the house and could not play either.15
So Whitney went outside and started throwing the Frisbee by herself.16
After a while she noticed that Dreamer would run the same way she was running each time she threw the Frisbee.17
She laughed so much she went over and rubbed Dreamers ears.18
She went back to playing by herself and the wind blew the Frisbee over the fence where the cows were grazing.19
She saw Dreamer chasing the flying Frisbee,20
Dreamer suddenly jumped and caught it in her mouth.21
Whitney started clapping and cheering for Dreamer.22
Dreamer was so happy he brought the Frisbee over to Whitney.23
She gave her a big kiss on the head and said good girl Dreamer.24
Now everyday Dreamer waits for Whitney to come home and they play Frisbee until Whitney has to eat supper.25
Whitney is so happy and loves her friend Dreamer very much.26

I thought it was lovely , I have two little kids and they would love a story like this if it was put into short book form with bright colourful pictures it would be amazing ... the stories of whitney and dreamer ..awesome work ..

Sounds like thre start of a seriers of children's books here - the never ending saga of Whitney and Dreamer has begun! Good writing - enjoyable for kids and adults.

I can really picture this, many times as a child I thought I could communicate with animals or dragonflies, I thought they could understand me, and was quite dissapointed at the truth. Reall sweet story.
