Thayer pt.1

Ting! Ting! Swoosh! The man dropped to the floor in a pool of his own blood, he could not feel it though, for his heart had already been severed in two places. The fight only lasted a few moments, Thayer wiped his blade clean, and continued on his way. He only killed those that had to be. Thayer did not enjoy killing, but he understood the necessity of it. His skills of moving about unnoticed were exceptional, but it would not have been so easy to sneak past someone guarding the entrance he needed through. 1

He held the side of the door with one hand, while opening it, to aid in opening it slowly, and peaked through the slight crack, only to see three more guards in the room. They did not notice him, which gave him the advantage, he slowly closed the door. He took a step back a moment to think. He picked up his fallen opponent's sword and pushed it through the center of the door, for two reasons: to gain attention, and for an extra step to reach the ceiling where he could horizontally stand between two support beams.2

Two thin guards came immediately through the door, but Thayer was already well hidden. Thayer waited for the right moment, the two guards were shocked at their recently deceased ally. They inspected the body, and began to call for for the third mans assistance. Before they could react, Thayer dropped down, pushing the door closed with his foot, and spiraling downward, unsheathing his sword with his right arm, and pulling the sword out of the door with his left, before he hit the ground, his sword was already driven through the back of one of the guards. He swung with his secondary hand at the other guard, the guard parried and took a defensive stance. The guard was nervous, Thayer could see it in his eyes. He used it against him, pulling his sword out of the back of the first guard, who now lay lifeless on the floor. Taken a bit by surprise the door swung open and a heavy guard approached. Thayer with two swords in his hand, was a bit out of his usual fighting style, but he proceeded. Thayer unleashed a quick flurry of sword swings into the air. None of them landed a single hit, but his intention was to distract them. Thayer discarded his second sword into the floor, slipped his hand into his side container, and pulled out three ninja stars, as fast as they were out of his pocket, they were flying through the air, two of them striking the heavy guard in the stomach, and one of them sliced into the thin guards throat, dropping him to the floor. The heavy guard was not seriously injured, but he was stunned just long enough for Thayer's edge to meet his abdomen. The heavy guard roared in pain, blood streaming through his teeth, he began to lift his blade, Thayer twisted his blade and sliced upward, ending his life. Thayer retrieved his ninja stars and sheathed his blade, he wanted no more bloodshed tonight. None, other than the one who's blood has been on his mind for years. None, other than the only one who he has ever truly wanted to kill, the only kill he knows he would enjoy. Murdeath.3
