Dear Mr(or is it Ms?) Moon:1
Here I am, sitting on a window sill,from time to time staring up into your face. How long have you been there staring down to earth? How many times have you seen the same story being replayed?2
I guess I want to tell you my story. I have to tell someone and I thought, maybe the moon in all her glory can give me an answer. I know that she will at least listen. 3
Do you ever feel alone Ms Moon? I mean, you don't have anyone else like you nearby. I guess you'll understand what I'm feeling then. Always being different, not being what I'm supposed to be. Being different doesnt really matter I guess, most of the time it doesnt bother me, but then there are times. 4
Times when I realise that I'm everything everyone of my age are not. That could be the reason I'm always alone. I guess it will be like this for the rest of my life. I'll be different from everyone else and because of that, I'll be all alone, just like you Ms Moon.5
Thank you for listening to me Ms Moon, I really appreciate it, it's more than what others do. 6

Well.... this is an interesting piece of work... something I must tell you though is that i don't really like work that was in a different contest to magically be in mine... oh, well... this was a nice piece... you might want to change your author's comment's though... I would appreciate not seeing that there...

This is beautiful, I really love this letter. I've felt like this at so many points in my life, I've noticed that I was different to everyone around the same age as me. I only ever seemed to fit in with those a lot younger and a lot older than me. I think it is absolutely beautiful that you wrote your letter to the moon. It was very well written, and I loved it. I like the idea of confiding in the moon, it's my favorite. I love mythology about Diana/Artemis and so I've written about the moon too. I think this was very nice and original. -

The emotions of being lonely and directly dealt with in this piece, and that in itself tugs at the readers hearts. Sometimes the bullshit gives an air of falsity to a piece, but here you have written about the emotion clearly and directly. Well done and thanks for commenting on my poem Flight! xx

This piece is awesome, sad, and sparked a personal emotion in me. I feel lonely, as though I am alone in this world. You see, I try to be nice and help others...and back down when I am harassed about something, and everyone treats me like a piece of trash. There is a single person inside of us that wants to come out and show that we are here, that we have good intentions and are great for earth...but then, we are just shoved off, as distant as the moon.
Keep up the good work and good luck in the contest! Many can meet this piece...whether they thought of talking to the moon, or a reflection.
