You have stood by a born loser,I dont blame you for this particular birth!3
You have faced intense hardships for me financial,physical,mental,and all the other adjectives that can encompass the negative attributes of life and pardon the exaggeration out here but I just love you for the unstinting faith in one's offspring that you so wholesomely display..like a cow tending to her calf!4
You are the sculptors who have chiselled away into making me the person I am so steadfastly standing on my principles and my tenets.5
May it be at work or play upbringing stands out and I would say I am one of the most luckiest person in this world to have you.6
From the hiding that I got from you mom for a broken glass to the mending of the shattered confidence that you so lovingly tended,I will never forget the values of compassion,pity,joy of giving,maturity and the sense of being immature at times that you have so repeatedly ingrained,drilled,bored into me.7

I think that it's great when a son or daughter can write something in gratitude to their parents. I've seen so many hate poetry to parents on this site, and I'm so glad that your letter was a happy one. I'm grateful to mine as well - I know that everything they did was for my own good. Thank you for writing this, I could really relate to it. Sorry for taking so long to comment.
