I think that everybody has two sides to his/herself. Well, really, everybody has thousands and thousands of sides and dimensions. Some of them are visible and some of them are entirely obscured from view forever...but I'm just going to focus on two of the more visible ones.
These stem from a very popular topic that recurs infinitely and with infinite importance in terms of the perpetuation of the human race. They deal with two hypothetical circumstances: the state of being happily in a mutual, loving relationship, and the state of being any other way.1
This topic is love, right?
Yeah, right.2
Hence, I'll give these two states two names and two faces. Love and Right.3
The first order of business (or lack thereof) is love. Love, in her most absolute, is radiant. She does not feel the need to impress because she feels worthy, so she is confident. Her troubles concern the welfare and feelings of two rather than one. Often love walks on air and water on a daily basis, in a very figurative and literal state according to the body and mind respectively. Love can be extremely fun to be around because she is comforting and positive. Love, who rightly feels that she is worthy of the world, can also be a pain to all of her Right friends because there is just something about her that is so...complete. Yet absent.4
Then there is the case of Right. She is perfectly okay, when and if she can recognize it. Her insecurities have a lesser chance of being softened, and her worries concern herself. Right's head also has a greater chance of staying on the ground, if not solely to observe Mr. Right and speculate upon his righteousness. One who is Right will develop a sense of character and awareness of those around her in a way which Love does not need to adapt to. Right should, perhaps, have more of a focus on realism than Love. More of a focus in general. However, this is often not the case.5
It is unlikely that a girl should stay Right forever against her will. However, it is perfectly acceptable and respectable to wish to be Right.6
It is infinitely unlikely that a girl should know the name Love for her entirety in being as well.7
This being said, act well and love rightly, please.
