Author notes

No story here, but who knows? This came to me, about 10 minutes ago, whilst strolling to the coffee shop in the wind. A storm is indeed gathering -- my windows are rattling as I type this!

Maybe there's not a story here, but there could be Could certainly make for a great hook, and I know I could take so many different directions with these two sentences.
I love the simplicity of this entry. No fancy long drawn-out sentences with over-the-top imagery. Just simple. Yet still powerful enough to grab my attention.

    Excellent work.

Thank you very much for your entry I liked these two sentences.

ooo, i like it. I'm not sure you necessarily have to write a story about everything that comes to mind though, i think this does well on its own. maybe you could enter it into one of those tiny contests people judge. 100 words or less or something

Sorry to take so long -- nearly missed this comment. This is indeed a tiny contest entry, nothing more.
