Evanesce: The Cave

It is a damp and cloudy day. Angel decides, although the day seems a little gloomy, to go out and enjoy a nice enough day to go out into the woods of Shuriton to read her book she had just checked out from the library. She remembers all of the safe paths that Billy had told her about the first few months that her and Jessica were there. She goes down the path that Billy had described as, "haunted but bright and cheery looking. You must only go down this path if it is daylight or else something very terrible will happen to you..." Angel acknowledges this remark and goes down to see exactly what the worry is about. An hour passes and Angel seems to have gone a little more then half way down the path and nothing to see but leaves upon trees within trees. All she could possibly see for, at least, miles were trees covered in leaves of the most beautiful different shades of green that she had ever seen. She remembers that back in Hollowville all the trees were pretty much dead. Hardly any trees in Hollowville had any leaves on them. She decided that since there seems to be nothing to worry about that she should find a spot to read now. She stops and looks around her for someplace to sit down to read her book. When she turns to look back the way she came she notices that the leaves had stirred up a bit towards the left. As if an animal or something had moved in that direction, running from something or running for joy. She stands there and waits a few minutes. Nothing happens. She turns back and sits down on a comfortable looking rock. About another hour passes by and Angel is so into the book that she hardly even notices a man walking her way. He approaches her.1

"Hello. Do you mind if I sit with you?" Angel jumps at the sound of his voice. "Oh, I'm sorry if I scared you." The man continues.2

The man is very tall and very handsome. Has short brown hair with the most beautifully bright blue eyes ever seen. Is wearing a very baggy and long coat, down to his feet. As he walks the hair from his bangs fell to the front of his face almost covering his eyes. He is carrying something in his right hand. It looks like a book but she isn't too sure.3

"Oh, that's alright. And sure, I don't mind if you join me. My name is Angel. Wait, haven't I seen you before?" Angel asks after she finally regained her awareness.4

"My name is Brian Fisher... to be continued....5
