The words that you chose are great and this person sounds amazing. It's obviously a she...duh! But i have no idea if it is your girlfriend or just a friend or family member. Whoever it is, she must be very special to you and you've done a great job in this piece of writing.
Just a suggestion, i think you should capitalise the 5 words so they stand out more.
