Dark Romance Part 6

By table we eventually fly up, out of the cafeteria. My heart felt like its cracking. We stop by the door while I sneak a peek at T.J., who is laughing at something one of Jessica copy cat members had said. My cheeks flame red when I notice Jessica literally leaning all her weight on him. How could this happen?
It figures, right when I become happy Jessica screws everything up. I mean, she has no right! I bet you all my money, Jessica is plain jealous. Seriously, what did I ever do to her?
Excuse me if i moved and HAD to come to this pathetic school with a bunch of arrogant, childish, immature teenagers!1

"Amber?" Garret asks, pulling me off to the side. Nicole looks at us with weary eyes, but I just shake my head.3

"Garret I dont have time. I have to get to my next class." I say.4

"I just...I just wanted to say that Im sorry about the wreck. About T.j...and loosing his memory." 5

"Please Garret, I-" I stop, glancing back at the laughing T.J. then back to Garrett. "I just don't feel like talking about it, I'll see you guys later" I started walking away from them, i glance back and they were gone and before i knew it, i crash right into a passing student. I fall backwards onto my as*, books fly around me from the person i ran into. I open my eyes from the hard impact to find a boy around my age sitting across from me. He was very attractive. His white/bleach blonde hair went perfect with his green eyes. Which hid behind his bangs. He was wearing a black Armor for Sleep t-shirt; my favorite band. He was also wearing a black wrist band with a Happy Tree Friends character on it and black skinny jeans.6

I awkwardly picked up some of the books that landed near me with my good arm while he picked up the rest near him. I kept my eyes locked on my hands, i glanced back up at him and i guess he was glancing at me as well. We both looked away, I then stood up. I snuck a quick peak at his books while he picked up his papers. Nothing really great, except one of his books, 'Storm Theif'7

Thats a book that I've been wanting to read for a while. I jerked my head up at the boy when he sighed, getting up on his feet.8

"Sorry, I didn't mean to run into you, new school is hard getting use too." He told me, I handed him, his books.9

"No, no, i wasn't watching to where i was going and yeah, i know how you feel in a new school. I was a new kid a couple months ago."10

"Oh, you were a new kid too. It sucks doesn't it?"11

"Yeah, and also making a mortal enemy on the same day"12

"impressive" He extended his hand to mine. "Name is Chase" I shook his hand. He glanced at my other one, probably thinking, 'who did she get in a fight with?'13

"Amber" I took my hand away and then the bell rang. GREAT! LATE FOR CLASS! "Oh, sorry, your going to be late for your first day of school"14

"No, its fine, its only-" He glanced at paper; his schdule. "Aaa, Science that i have next with mrs.Volmer, I hate science" He groaned. I smirked at him.15

"Well, i guess we both will be late for science"16

"Oh, you have Mrs. Volmer too?" He smiled at the end off his sentence, pointing his paper at me.17

"Yep, I guess so, but Science is the other way" I pointed behind him. He glanced back and started laughing. We then turned to walk down the hall. Jessica and her crew bumped past me. T.J. probably went off to his class. She glared at me and then looked at me stunned when she saw me walking with another boy. Ha ha ha. Chase was very attractive but nobody could beat T.J.'s adorablness. Chase nudged my arm when they past us. I glance up at him, he was taller then me.18

"Yes, that is the mortal enemy i made after my first day" I laughed, he laughed too. Then was silent when we walked into the class room. Mrs. Volmer glared at me but it disappeared when she saw me 'helping' the new student to the class room.
