Full moon

It was a cold dark night and the wind started to pick up and the breeze was cold and sent chills down your spin. It did not help when your car ran out of gas and you are stranded on a desert road . The other night. You could of cursed yourself for not getting that cell phone that was offered you a good deal at the mall where you where shopping and having dinner with friends. You noticed a dinner a mile back and was hoping it was still open and had a phone. You noticed there was a full moon and a chill in the air and the wind was blowing leaves every where. I decided to lock the door to my car and take a chance and walk to where the dinner was a mile back. I checked to see what time it was, I never did make it to my sister's place. She is probably worried. I started walking and it felt creepy. I was dressed pretty warm. Thank goodness for that. I noticed that the road was deserted and nothing in sight. I looked up and saw the moon was full and bright and there was hardly a house in sight. I don't know if I was tired or not and I knew it was Halloween. Some say. It is not good to be out alone on Halloween. Because strange things happen. I looked up to see how the sky was and it was black and cloudy and the moon shinned so bright. The funniest thing. I thought. I saw a witch riding on a broom stick. I told myself. I was seeing things or I was just tired. Then I saw a bat flying around with the witch who was riding the broom stick and on the broom stick was a cat stretched out enjoying the ride. You could here here laughing. It was a creepy sound. I was hoping that she would not see me walking and that I was alone and I was hoping that bad would not see me. I was hoping I would wake up and this was all a bad dream. But it was not a dream. I was in.I was tired and exhausted and I finally made it to the dinner and they where just about ready to close. But they where able to help me. I told them at the dinner what I saw and they told me. To look at the couple sitting at the booth with the black cat. They where the nicest couple. They offered to take me to my car and help me with making sure. I got on my way. They invited me to there home and told them. I would take a rain check and before I knew it. I was at there home and I did not know where I was. I was really scared. It all happened so fast. There was a fire in the fire place and the place was nice and ward and they had stairs winding up to 3 levels. They had alot of rooms. They had the most beautiful chandlier and they had a ball room that was amazing. There house was so huge. There was a library that I walked into and it was beautiful and there was alot of books and pictures and the antiques were priceless. They where a strange couple. But they where nice. I asked if she was who I saw riding a broom and she told me yes and the bat flying around was her husband and they had a black cat that was 100 years old. They offered me a room to stay the night. So how could I refuse. There was a nasty storm and it was raining and really nasty out. They gave me a really nice room and I must of been really tired. So I layed on the bed and I was out like a light. Next thing I know. I woke up and I was back in my car and my car started up right away and I was able to get home ok. I never did see that couple again and I tried to find that dinner again. There was nothing there.
