GIRL: Welcome to my house3
(GIRL spreads arms and looks side to side then back at the camera,not to excited)4
GIRL (cont.) : Well I should be a good hostess should'nt I? Well first off, I'm Christy Schmidt.5
(CHRISTY walks towards kitchen and continues)6
Background: Kitchen counter with a man and woman standing behind it, BOB (53) and DEANNE (51) talking but not being able to be heard7
CHRISTY: Those are my parents...well my dad and stepmom8
CAMER ANGLE: cuts away from CHRISTY pans left and from above looks down on DEANNE cutting Radishes in the sink and BOB watching her, the steals a radish and eats it9
CHRISTY: (Shudders as DEANNE smiles at BOB and kisses him)10
They like to do that...grosses me out when they do it infront of me...but thats just me11
CAMER ANGLE: profile view of BOB and DEANNE talking12
BOB: mmm thats some good eating13
DEANNE: Hun those are for tonights dinner!14
(BOB smiles and CHRISTY walks into the kitchen and stands in between BOB and DEANNE) 15
CHRISTY: (spotting cucumbers) mmm I want some...16
BOB: You can have 117
(CHRISTY smiles and takes 3, walks away and turns around feeling someone staring at her and looks at DEANNE with a dead sinister expression on her face)18
CHRISTY: What! you said one so I took one... so I took one bit from one cucumber19
(BOB is now staring at his daughter)20
CHRISTY: fine...fine.... 21
(Looks at tree) 22
CHRISTY: Can I open some presents?23
BOB: You can open the unwrapped one24
(CHRISTY smiles but has a small glare in eyes BOB turns around and grabs a big bag)25
BOB: here run this over to the neighbors26
CHRISTY: which ones?27
BOB: Beth, Robin, Abe, Alex and Gracie28
(CHRISTY sighs and takes the bag) 29

Fade in: Infront of SCHMIDT's house CHRISTY is slidding on the ice, bag still in hand and making way to MILLAR'S house31
(CHRISTY runs up steps and rings doorbell)32
(ALEX answers)33
ALEX: Hey Christy, long time no see34
CHRISTY: Yeah I know35
(hands bag to him)36
CHRISTY: Merry Christmas...oh and watch out for those tins in there...the lids don't stay down37
(ALEX laughs and takes the bag)38
ALEX: Merry Christmas to you too39
(ALEX watches CHRISTY run down the steps and accross the ice then finialy closes the door)40

Fade in: CHRISTY is sitting on the backing of the plaid couch pulling off the plastic protective cover on the silver CD binder and trying to pull the tag off42
CHRISTY (whining): dad can I please unwrap the other presents?43
BOB: No you have to wait until tonight after dinner...I should make you wait until midnight44
(CHRISTY has an unbeleving face, mouth drawn open alittle bit and feels the frustration building up in her)45
CHRISTY: Fine46
(CHRISTY jumps off the couch and storms into her room where she sits on her bed and thinks, figeting alittle with her shirt and finialy pulls it off then changes into an old shirt this is oviousally to small for her and is to tight when she puts it on...but she sits in it anyway, ignoring the pulling sensation on the back of her arms, then she walks over to the radio turns it on, turns around and hears Hey Ya play)47
CHRISTY (Smiling alittle and having a small chuckle in voice): That song is out to get me48
CAMERA ANGLE: above shot showing CHRISTY with her arms behind her head listing to the radio and staring up at the ceiling, past the camera49
BOB (calling from upstairs): Christy! Christy let Boomer in!50
All sound is faded out again as Christy gets up and walks back into the living room, the camera infront of her, moving when she does51
CHRISTY: Boomer is our Rottweiler mix German shepard...he's crazy!52
(CHRISTY opens door and calls out into the backyard for Boomer who comes bounding into the house)53
CHRISTY (sighing and yawning): Well (stretches) I'm going to go back into my room and take a nap...time will go by faster... Goodnight...or Afternoon more like but who's counting.54

It seems it seems like this really happened in the mind of you.. Rigth now.. my mind is overlaod to see everything happening here in the play.. Right now.. I don't think I want to read anything huge right now.. I will tyry to come back to the christmas stories..
