The doctor comes into my room with a straight face. He looks at me and says " the transplant didn't work were sorry, but we don't think your going to make it more then 10 months." He acts as though it isn't shocking. He looks at me for a moment and then exits my room. I don't look away from were he stood. I usually try to hold back my tears but at this moment I don't even feel them as they run down my face. My Mom walks in about 45 minutes later and asked me 'whats wrong?' and I'm the one who has to tell her, her only daughter has less then a year to live. She held me and told me we were gonna fight this. But i highly doubt it. I'm home because the doctors said that I shouldn't die there. So now you know, I might not be here much longer.

Noooooo! I won't give up hope! I'm with your mom on this, you can fight it! I think you'll live, what that heartless doctor said shouldn't have any attention paid to!
