The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Sister Series Book: 10 The star pitcher

Jenny had decided to clean her room. She didn't know why, but she did. She had the floor, dresser, and night stand done. All that was left, was under the bed. Jenny had a bunk bed, so technically under the bed was under the bottom bunk.1

Jenny couldn't remember the last time she had cleaned under there. Days? Weeks? Months? Maybe even years! Jenny climbed onto the bottom bunk of her bed, and looked under. 2

There was some dust, nothing else, but a box.3

Jenny pulled the box out. She sat up and opened the lid. Jenny smiled and put the id back on. She walked out of her room, jumped to the first level of the later, and sat the box on the table in front of the couch. 4

Suddenly her shell cell rang. Jenny checked her pockets, before remembering that it was in her room. she quickly ran for her room.5

At the same time, the front floor opened and Jenny's brothers walked through the door with master splinter.6

"...or maybe a snow blower!" cried Mikey suddenly.7

Donny slapped him upside the head.8

"Ow!" yelped Mikey.9

"Sis! Hey sis! We're back!" Leo called.10

Silence.11

"Hey, look at this!" Mikey picked up Jenny's box.12

"Careful with that Mikey. It's probably Jenny's"13

Mikey took the box lid off and pulled out a baseball jersey with Japanese symbols on it.14

"what's this from?" 15

"I don't know. Turn it around." 16

Mikey flipped it around. There was a number twenty on it, and more symbols.17

"Tokyo Tiger-Bandits. Huh. They won the 2000 Japan Sectionals."18

"...Okay, ya...bye." Jenny finished her talk with Mandy, then gasped.19

"Be careful with that Mikey!!!"20

Jenny rushed over and yanked the jersey from Mikey. Leo pulled and autographed baseball out of the box.21

"Where did you get this stuff?"22

Jenny gritted her teeth, then relaxed.23

"It's a long story."24

"We've got time, don't we guys?"25

Everyone nodded, then found a place to sit. Jenny sat on the couch with a dazed look on her face. A few seconds later, she started.26

"...It was about 8 or 9 years ago, I barley remember it, i was so little. It started that time we went to japan-"27

"Oh I remember! That's the time I pushed Raph off of that swing and into that koi pound." Mikey laughed.28

"Keep laughing Mikey, and I'll push you off alright. Right off into the Statue of Liberty!" Raph shook his fist, and Mikey shut right up.29

Jenny continued,30

"Then you should remember that baseball game we watched on T.V. one night....."31

(*Flash back to when Jenny was four and the guys were eight years old. They are in Japan visiting the Ancient One*)35

"...And that's there folks is an amazing home run hit for the Tiger-bandits, tieing the game 6 to 6. And now we take a commercial break. We'll be right back-"38

"GIVE IT BACK RAPH!" cried Mikey.40

"Na na-nu na na!" Raph took off with Mikey's fire truck.42

He bumped into Jenny along the way, causing her to fall back into Master Splinter's arms. He picked her up and sat her on his lap.44

"Raphel, give your brother back his toy."46

"Whatever." 48

Raph tossed the truck to the ground, and Mikey caught it before it hit the ground and hugged it.50

"I'm sorry Ancient One." Master Splinter said, bouncing little Jenny on his leg.52

"Ah, kids will be kids. You just got to learn how to deal with that." 54

Jenny shook her head and stared at the t.v. as the game came back on.56

"...Here's the wined up, and the pitch!" 58

Splinter looked at Jenny's face as the umpire cried:60

"Steeeeeeerike 1"62

Jenny repeated the same thing, making splinter and the Ancient One laugh out loud. Jenny cracked a smile.64

"...Here's another wined-up, and the pitch..." 66

CRACK!! Jenny gasped in amazement.68

"And its a good one! Lets hope the Tiger-Bandits can catch that!"70

Jenny wiggled out of Splinters grasp, and crawled closer to the t.v. The ball went over the fence.72

"Oooooooh, wow!"74

Jenny groaned.76

"And the tsunamis win 6-7 over the 'Bandits."78

Jenny slumped her little shoulders, upset. The others were already starting to talk about the show.80

"That was waaay cool!" Cried Mikey82

"Yeah, though they lost." Retorted Donny with his arms crossed.84

"Those Bandits must not be good players." Raph spat.86

"But of course they are! That was just a re-run. The Tiger-Bandits have reached the Japan Sectionals. As a mater of fact, their playing in the final round Japan Sectionals tonight."88

"Really?! Can we go?! Can we go?! "90

Master Splinter looked down at his children.92

"Maybe next year. For now, it's time for bed."94

Everyone groaned, as Master Splinter gathered them up and sent them upstairs.96

Jenny couldn't sleep. She managed to crawl out of Master Splinter's arms and waddled over to the window. She stood on a stool, so she was tall enough to see. 99

In the distance, there were big, moving lights. Jenny leaned out of the window, to get a better view, and fell. She landed in a bunch of bushes down below. She then proceeded to untangle herself, and aw stricken by the big lights, started their way.101

Jenny forced her way though the undergrowth, and across a couple of rice fields, before she came to the city. Jenny stood with a bunch of people at a busy street corner. When the stop light changed, she weaved in between and though people's legs, 'till she crossed the street.103

The source of light soon stood in front of her. The Tokyo Tiger-Bandits stadium. Jenny gasped in amazement. She then noticed the front gates were closed. She really wanted to get inside, for she heard cheering and the voices of announcers. 105

Jenny wandered around, 'till she came to a gate that was open just big enough for her to squeeze through. Jenny heard the crack of a bat, and more cheering through the empty hallway that laid before her. 107

Jenny kept following the hallway until it opened to a locker room. 109

Jenny then found a box of Tiger-Bandit hats, and put one on. She then ran through the exit and into the Tiger-Bandit's dugout. She found a place behind a bunch of benches, and squeezed herself into it. 113

She then looked out towards the field, anticipating a good game.115
