Bitterly sweet chapter 4

Chapter 4 1

The sun came shining into my window the next morning a beautiful day awaited. I had practiced my song and had my soccer ball ready for today’s lunch match. I had done all my homework set out my cloths and even cleaned my room. I didn’t speak to my father all night as I never left my room and he never stop by to see how I was. My step-mother had looked in once to tell me I had to make my own dinner which wasn’t unusual. I had seen my step-brother once as he came barging into my room taking my phone being silly so I went to his room got his favourite teddy bear him being only young and silly. The second he knew I had it my phone was back in my room. 2

I got ready for school putting on a pair of purple short-shorts with a black and blue striped top. Leaving the house earlier with my ipod again in my ears I made my way to school on my skateboard. As I reached school there were very few people so I made my way straight to the music room. There were a few guys and about 10 girls in there sitting on the tables or in a chair while the teacher was getting ready at the front. These people wouldn’t bother me. 3

I went to a spare table at the back of the room and waited for the teacher to begin. I waited and waited until the auditions finally started. I was like idol and a little more funnier. I was luckily not called on until last but when I was I was again full of butterflies. I got up in front of the class and started my song.
As the lyrics came flowing out of my mouth with the piano behind me it sounded so special and calm. I had my eyes closed while I was up there so I didn’t get anymore butterflies as everyone looked at me but this song did help it was so touching that it didn’t really matter. 4
