The Heartbreaker (Chapter 4)

Home alone isn't always the best, because sometimes when your alone you think of things you really don't want to think about. Well that's what I was doing. My brothers left for a party and left me here because they didn't want me breaking their girlfriends hearts, because they know once they saw me, they would want to date me. Most girls do, and I always break their fragile hearts.1

There I sat on the couch, watching the movie "White noise". I couldn't see how anybody could see this movie as scary. Then that's when I heard it, something breaking in the kitchen. I put the movie on pause and got up. Grabbing the bat next to me, thinking it was just some idiot burglar trying to break in, I turned on the lights.2

Instead there she was, Rayna's sister. Her hair blonde, wearing a pretty silk dress, not noticing how her eyes glowed red. Gulping, I dropped my bat. She smiled seductively. Breathing gone shallow, she gracefully FLOATED across the room to me.3

"Jack, your a bad boy, your a heart breaker and your something special aren't you?" She whispered in my ear, her breath warm on my cheek. Her right hand on my chest, while her left hand was stroking my face. I seemed to be frozen in place, not able to move. Even though I wanted too.4

"Do you know why your special Jack?" She asked, growing closer to me. I shook my head.5

"It's because your something that nobody could understand. Your one of the devil's sons. You have control of one element. And figured it all out by watching you play dodge ball with my sister." She laughed heartlessly. I sucked in my breath and nodded again.6

"Your element is Wind. Your other brothers like Jake has fire, Nick has Earth, Ryan has water then the oldest Patrick has spirit. Am I right?" She laughed. I nodded again, but finally broke out of her trance. Pulling away, I ran out of the kitchen, up the stairs and slamming my bedroom door shut. Locking it. her laughter echoing everywhere.7

"Come out come out where ever you are Jack. I won't hurt you...Much." She snickered and slammed my door open. Breaking it off the hinges. "You broke my sister's heart, so now you'll face my rage." She screamed and then her face started forming into something that made my whole body tremble. Her teeth razor sharp, eyes black as the night, claws like daggers. There could be no words to describe what she looked like.8

Looking straight in my eyes, she launched forward. 9

I screamed, waking up in my bed. My brothers running into my room. Concern in their eyes. That all seemed so real, I looked down and saw my wrist was bleeding. With Rayna's name carved into it...
