To be honest, I really couldn't tell whether this was supposed to be serious or not. If it was, I think that having longer phrases and fewer jokes, along with a more obvious and well developed plot. If it wasn't, a title that implies that it's not serious would help. Anyway, overall, it was a good story. Keep writing!

It's a comedy, The reason the tile is Rain squad is because they're storm troopers but they failed the final exam by a few points, thus they won't be called stormtroopers until they prove they can do better.
