Dragon In Sight: The First Two Chapters

~Chapter one: Back Then~1

As mother and daughter part from eachother, a large black dragon was seen in the back, his piercing fierce eyes warrenting the death of a royal-blood hybrid dragon, the young one's mother.
"Remaru, come" his dark voice commaded of the unwilling mother hybrid as she stood, growling at the Cryminain Darklord dragon.3

"Never! I will never surrender to you, Nikaru!" Remaru growled as a blue-red aura surrounded her body, giving her looks nothing but a shadow.4

Nikaru growled deeper as the aura made Remaru's dragon side appear, not just wings but the entire nine yards.5

Remaru was now a Red dragon with fire-white flames painting her ruby-red scales. Her eyes now a brilliant blue. This eas, and forever will be the eye-color that shall forever haunt the king of the Cryminain Dragon Clan.6

As the queen Rosenara and King Cryminian fight it out, thier followers was in war as well. With each hit that either royal one strikes to one another, that was another five of thier forces taken down.7

By the end of the day, Remaru's young five year old girl, Rosaebll, was still locked within a cave, as well as four young Crystallian Demons. It was within those nine months that Rosabell will have met Remaru's best friend, Miraku Yuuri's, children. 8

Secretly the second eldest, Caym, had a crush on sweet little Rosabell. Rosabell, too, had a crush on him. Renka, who was Caym's elder brother by three years,smiled, he liked that Caym had an interest in a girl.
Rosabell, who had a fear of being alone, was seen with him, never leaving his side. Caym's hand was always tangled with hers.9

"Rosabell, let's get a move-on, this segment of the cave is gonna collapse" Caym said, as crumbles and cracks were heard, and small rocks falling from the ceiling.10

"you're right, lets go!" she responded, taking his hand.
Caym fell, causing a minor spring in his ankle. Rosabell, out of courage, picked him up and flew full-speed out of the collapsing area. Caym was rendered knocked out as Rosabell landed infront of his brothers.11

"Is he alright?" Renka asked, his eyes sencere.12

"He should be,...His left ankle is twisted and he is just sleeping" Rosabell responded as she held the sleeping demon close.13

"Thankfully, you were there" Sen, one of the younger two twins, said, his voice soft.14

"Yeah, will nii-san be alright?" Sen's twin brother, Yuu, asked.15

"He should be" Rosabell said, sighing.16

Later that night, Caym woke up. Suprise took him over when he found himself in Rosabell's arms, she was then the one asleep. Caym tried a couple times to get back on his feet, but found that he can't, due to the spring in his ankle. Caym, not knowing what to do, reached up and kissed Rosabell's cheek. Rosabell slowly opened her eyes to see a blushing Caym.17

"What's wrong, Caym?" Rosabell asked him.18

"It's nothing" he sighed.19

Rosabell smiled and hugged him. "Nothing my two wings" she retorted, smiling.20


"Ah you caught on" He said, grinning.21

"Ofcourse I did" Rosabell said back, smiling. 22

Caym sighed, taking her hand and started forward, limping. Rosabell shook her head as she slowly 'helped' him put his arm around her shoulders, elevating him off his bad ankle.23

"Thanks..." he said softly.24

"You're welcome...Fershu" she said.25

"Fershu?" he asked.26

"It means "Noble one" where i come from" she said, smiling.27

"You really think that of me?" he asked.28

"Yes, you were noble to tell me that the cave was falling on us,
and you hurt yourself, trying to help me out...but when you couldnt get up, i picked you uo and flew you out...before we got out though a rock smacked your head and you fell uncontious" she said as he rubbed the bruise on his forehead.29

"That explains the sprained ankle and the nice base-ball-sized bruise on my forehead" he sighed.
She sighed, taking him to Renka, who was ready with a healing spell.30

"What is Renka gonna do?" Caym asked.31

"He and I are gonna attempt at healing your injured ankle...After all, you're the one who sworn his life for mine" she said, saying the last part of her statement quietly, as if to herself.32

"You two..are gonna heal my ankle?" he aked.33

"Yes" she said as they entered Renka's small study.34

"Rosabell, Caym, good to see you" Renka said, dressed in a doctor's uniform.35

Renka, although he was ten years old, had a degree ,already, in the doctoring skill (due to his child-prodigy-type mind) he knew how to heal at the age of five and studied doctoring until the college his father put him in released him at age nine, he already had the master's degree and a liscence. Renka was smarter than any demon child before or after him.36

"So are we ready?" Renka asked, taking off his stethiscope.37

"We are" Rosabell said, taking Caym's hand in hers, letting him
hold on.38

"first we see how his heart and lungs sound.." Renka said as he
slid the stethiscope acrost Caym's chest as he tried to get a clear hearing of his heart.39

"How's his heart beating?" Rosabell asked, interesting in it.40

"Wanna hear?" Renka asked her.41

"Sure" she said as Renka handed her a smaller, extra stethiscope.
She smiled as she put her stethiscope over Caym's heart and smiled when she heard the incredibly fast pace of it.42

"Normal heart rate for a demon.." Renka said, quickly jotting it down on a notebook.43

"His lungs?" she asked.
Renka then slid the Stethiscope across his chest again and placed it above the approxamite location of where his left lung may be located.44

"Left sounds alright.." Renka said as Rosabell slid her stethiscope to where Renka had his, she heard something he did not catch.45

"Rneka, I hear a rattle in his left lung...It's about an inch or two lower than where you're listening" she said.46

Renka put the silver piece over where Rosabell had her silver piece sitting. His eyes had a conserned look in them.47

"Tis not good....I've never heard anything like this" Renka said as Caym's heart rate sped up at thier inquieries to eachother.48

"I know...It's Kimakitaku" Rosabell said.49

"How do you know?" Renka asked, suprised that the five year old girl knew exactly what it was.50

"Many in my clan had this each and every year around this time...Since mother was a healer, she allowed me to sit in and watch her at work, every once in a while, she'd educate me on the different sicknesses and showed me where the severe cases and the light cases were located...in Caym's case, its a minor....The most severe are at the top of the lungs" Rosabell said, smiling.51

"I see, I see...You should be a cirtified healer then" Renka said smiling as he pulled out a certificate and asked her to quickly sign it. She signed it gladly as Renka put down his signature.52

Rosabell slid her stethiscope over the approxamate location of Caym's right lung and breathed in reliefe.53


"How's his right sound?" Renka asked.54

"Better than the left, it's clear the whole way" Rosabell said as
she giggled.55

"What?" Renka asked, suddenly amused.56

"His stomach growled!" Rosabell giggled.57

"Really?" Renka asked, putting the silver piece of his 'scope to
Caym's stomach and laughed when the notable growl sounded.58

"Geez! I'm starving!" Caym complained as his stomach growled again.59

Rosabell sighed and looked at Renka who shrugged and started getting the healing spell ready, Rosabell already had her own unique healing spell ready.60

"We combine our healing spells?" Renka asked.61

"Yes, it'll have the best effect" Rosabell said.62

"Alright, lets do this" Renka said as he and Rosabell slowly
combined thier healing spell orbs into one, and in an instant,
Caym's ankle was fully healed.63


~Chapter Two: Today~64

Sighing, Rosabell (Now at age 17) dashes for the nearest exit so she can get to the hideout.65

"For the love of life, Caym, you better be waiting" Rosabell growls to herself as she runs, at her top speed.66

As for Caym, he is already at the hideout, waiting.67

"Damn Rosabell, where are you?" he asks himself, wondering.68

It is that instant that she bursts through the door, panting, her wings folded to her back.69

"You ok?" he asks.70

"I'm fine...Just tired" She mumbles, halfway, to herself, as she takes off her black, hodded cloak and ties it around her waist, using the sleeves to do so.71

Caym nodds as his brothers unshadow themselves from thier dark jackets.72

"We ready?" asks Renka, who still have the same childish expression about his eyes.73

"We are" Rosabell and Caym says, in unison.74

"Then we may begin...Sen, Yuu, do you guys have any ideas of what we can do to oppose our enemy?" Renka asks, hoping for an answer.75

"That we do..." Sen starts off.76

"We had this awsome idea, maybe if we infiltrate the Orkain army with our own, destrucian demon army, we'll have a chance at getting to the Crymain King himself" syas yuu, finishing his twin brother's statement.77

"Ah, sounds perfect..any objections?" Renka asks.78

"No" Caym says then adds "It sounds like one hell of a plan to me"79

"Not a single doubt. Yuu and Sen;s plans always work" Rosabell says and adds "I give my support. I have a scout, a hybrid Crymian who grew tired of the king's ways" 80

"Who's that" Caym inquires suddenly.81

"His name is Cearin Theara. And his half brother Ryuu Theara." she responds with certainty in her stern voice.82

"Ah, my old secretive childhood friends! Perfect!!" Renka says, a seemingly angelic smile breaking acrost his serious face.83

"Good. That is absolute Genius!" Caym inputs, smiling.84
