Twas the night before Halloween, when all through the site1
Not a creature was stirring, not even a Mod2
The pumpkins were carved and children with bags3
In hopes that St. Yemillish soon would be there.4
The children were chasing the purple gophers5
While visions of the purple squirrelz (with a z of course..)6
filled their minds7
And just as the sun decided to set8
And the children prepared to set out9
On a night of trick or treating and treats of Moxie10
Evil Jay appeared with a purple beard!11
Then as the children began to cry 12
Mostly due to confusion of what had happened13
St. Yemillish appeared and knew that Evil Jay is colorblind14
Especially to the color purple so he made a magic spell which went15
“Hookedy Pookedy Yippiety Do, Nothing Rhymes With Purple So I'm Changing YOU!!”16
And bam, all the children were purple, and loved Yemillish 17
And St. Yemillish caught Evil Jay and turned him into a purple mouse18
In which he put away in a cage 19
And St Yemillish flew off on his purple vacuum cleaner 20
“Happy Halloween to all and too all great Moxie”21

I apologize for not having read this. The contest was at a time when I was very ill and I missed the entire thing. I just found this contest today and discovered that I hadn't read the entries in it. I apologize.
I enjoyed the wild humor (I think I have written one or two wild ones...ummm sure just one or two)
And Anytime I can turn Jay into a mouse and stick him in a cage is a good time had by all!
