a short story dream

Ahoy me hardees.  A dream not for the timid, what say yee.  1

I had a dream and in that dream was Bob Barker.  The dream was fiery as Bob and I were walking along a dark lane.  To the side we saw2

an abyss, we heard a voice and later knew it was the devil and the devil said , come on down!  We were afright , cause this dream was know delight that was certain.3

Taking a peek we fell into the devils quake; fire shooting here and there.  We were the lucky contestants bidding on the final showcases.  The winner took all and the loser a consolation prize.  4

Like pirates on a ship we waited for the treasure test to begin.  I went first and bid on a trip to the Bahamas with all of the trimmings and trappings.  I passed on this showcase thinking could be a trick; a trip to the Bahamas in hell with ghouly girls in bikinis.  Bob made his bid and the next showcase was up.5

There it was the car of my dreams with all of the extras , stay tuned for more.  Devil said bid and bid I did , with my mind spinning like a wheel tallying the cost of this beauty.  This car was silver and black, heavy metal with a glossy metallic finish.  Smooth lines and curves to this beaut.  Shouting my bid with gusto , one hundred thousand!  Bob had already made his bid and the devil revealed the winner and I won!  Bob got the consolation ; spin the wheel 'til you get a dollar! : )  6

I stepped up to the car and suddenly , poof , it turned into a limo!  A party going on in the back.  I tried to get in the party but the devil said, oops, not you, your the chauffeur!  But of course I wondered when the deal would sour.  Anyway I got to sneak in a party or so and Bob, well, his still spinning that wheel!  : )7
