Dark forest,creepy crawlies,blood stains,the smell of horror,cicadas chirping,wind howling,and the fact that we're going to get ourselves kill in this dreadful place where many people have died is the worst place to be in of taking this test!3
"w-What was that?! Ah! There's,there's someone behind us. . .!Wahh! S-Something behind those bushes. . .Is that a leg I see?!"4
"Misaki! You have to calm yourself down!" Ryuu grabbed my arms to pick me from the ground.5
"It's only been 5 minutes since we've entered the forests,"Sakura said,taking a quick glance at me as I get up so vigorously.6
But after her sentence was spoke,we already heard a cried of scream of the distance.My face turned blue,knowing that it's close by from here.There's already someone dead?7
"Hey,hey! Misa-chan!" Naruto called out to me,waving his arm to get my attention."If it makes you feel any better,I'll be here to protect you."8
My blue eyes found his as I looked up at him,I never noticed that I was shorter than him but he's a boy so he should be growing really fast.9
He pounds on his chest with a fist as he grinned at me with a victorious thumbs-up."Don't worry.I'll always stay on your side,even if it kills me.I won't let anything bad happen to you,dattebayo."10
And that phrase sounded so familiar.It reminds me how Sasuke said the exact same words.And it did made me feel better.A light of happiness had lit up inside of me when Naruto had said it,it was different to Sasuke but it still helped me to get rid of my worries.Like I said,Naruto is the one who encouraged me to take this exam.11
I smiled at him,getting the idea in his head that I feel much better now.The blond boy nodded,and looked around the quiet forest that is around us.But three seconds later. . .12
"I need to take a leak!"13
Naruto started to unzip his pants at a nearby tree,but Sakura quickly stopped him with a punch on the head.My eye twitch of strange behavior that is coming from Naruto,I never knew he had such bad manners.14
"Hello?! We're girls here! Go to a bush or something!" she scolded.15
I heard Ryuu's sigh,rubbing his head of the stupidity in this team have.I do kind of agree,though.With my extreme panic,Naruto's unintelligent suggestions,Sakura's lectures,and Sasuke's silence.What a team with surprising habits.16
Looks like Naruto is awfully taking his time to 'take a leak'.How much does he have to spill? Sasuke was really quiet and he has his thinking face on,so does Ryuu.The two of them noticed that the blonde boy took a lot of time in his bathroom break.But we stopped thinking as we heard Naruto's appearance brushed against the bush.17
He breathed out,feeling all better than before."Man! That was a lot that I wrote my whole name!"18
And that strange behavior is getting worse.He doesn't have to share that comment with us,if he wants to make a prank or something.But he knows better that we're in the Second Exam.I expect him to declare some clever plan about keeping our guards up or something.But I can't believe that Sakura is buying his act.19

I caught Sasuke's eyes that they had caught something that is not normal about Naruto,and that's what I thought too.But I never thought that Sasuke has go up and hit Naruto's face from appearing behind him.Sakura jolt as I did,looking at Ryuu,seeming that he's not surprise with the raven's actions.21
"Hey,Sasuke-kun. . .You don't have to do that.He's just acting like an idiot,"said Sakura,gently trying to calm Sasuke down with his temper.22
But Sasuke is not losing his temper,he knows what he's doing.23
"Yeah!"the damaged Naruto agreed to Sakura,rubbing his cheek where Sasuke had punched him."What's up with you?!"24
But the blue figure cut him off by giving a kick for a present.Naruto's speed quickly dodged it as he got from his sitting position.He tried making up to a tree branch,but Sasuke stopped and hit him again,causing Naruto to fall and land on the ground with a huge thud.25
"What are you doing all of the sudden?!" he still asked questions that is not coming to him.26
Ryuu got into his fighting stance,pulling out his sharp weapon from his holster."Shut up."27
"Wait! Ryuu-kun,please stop!" the pink hair girl tried to stop him,but it looks like no one is listening to her.28
I don't know why that I am still standing there when my teammate is getting beat up.But I'm not too sure if I want to hurt Naruto but my brother and Sasuke are doing.They must have a reason to do such things to him.29
Naruto pulled out his weapon with his left hand,that part caught me.I don't think Naruto is left handed.I seen him fight before,and I seen him write.There is no way from mistaking it.So this is why they are attacking him.A fake.Wow,I'm slow. . .30
They all started to clash each other with knives in their hands.Naruto balanced himself by a doing a flip when Sasuke was about to strike him with the kunai.Ryuu tried to slide his leg to make the phony Naruto trip,but he quickly jumped,ready to play jump rope.31
"You guys! We can work things out," still Sakura is trying to halt them with their battle.32
"Look at him closely!" Sasuke shouted,his voice rising in pure hate.33
And we did.But it seems Sakura is still not getting the point of just looking at him would make anything different.I examined Naruto,carefully.The clothes are the exact,eyes,hair,but the face is different.34
"Tell us! Where the real Naruto?" Ryuu threatened.35
It was shock of Sakura to hear something from my brother.The phony Naruto himself is surprise that he figured it out,of course we can't be that oblivious from our team.36
He just wouldn't admit and still continue with lies."What are you talking about? I am Naruto!"37
"Oh yeah?" said Sasuke,not letting no faker could fool him that easily."What happened to the wound on your face?"38

Sasuke continued."I'm asking you.What happened to the wound that the Examiner made on your face? Also,your shuriken holster is on your left.Naruto is right handed.Do you think the scratch would just suddenly disappear?"40
"You're a genius,Sasuke-kun," I complimented,getting excited for once of this test.41
"And I got to tell you something,"Ryuu added."You need to work on your transformation because it really suck."42
Then a cloud smoke surrounded,and then later it shown an unknown rain ninja who we don't even know.We didn't get the chance to fully get our questions get answered because he came straight out us.43
"How unlucky!" the rain ninja spoke behind his mask thing on his mouth."But I'm still going to get your scroll! Now which one of you has it?!"44
Sasuke flew up from the ground as I watched when my brother grabbed me and Sakura to get out of the raging battle that is going on.The raven done a new set of handsigns in a new routine.The he screamed out.45
"Fire Style
hoenix Flower Jutsu!"46He starts shooting fire balls out of his mouth,aiming down at the rain ninja as it dodges every fire elements that are striking down at him.Once it began to clear the view,the two shinobi came at each other and clashed against with their weapons.My brother brought me to come back to my senses by grabbing my hand to follow him.47
"Come on! We have to find Naruto!"48
The three of us ran through the woods,but leaving Sasuke behind o fight the ninja.I pulled Ryuu's hand to make him stop while Sakura kept on going to look for Naruto.49
"Wait!" I quickly wanted to turn back."We can't leave Sasuke-kun by himself!"50
He understood that by nodding his head and let me go after Sasuke while he's taking care of the ninja.I headed towards to them to get there as possible.51

But I was cut off when there was someone who landed,or fell, in front of me as the filthy smoke hovered around the air.My eyes shut of the stingy pain when through my eyelids as my hands came to my face to block the dirt away from me.When there was no more rough actions,I opened one of my eyes to spot the person in front of me.It was the rain ninja,trying to get up and regain his balance of the hard fall.He felt my presence,turning his head to stare back at me with those extremely tiny iris he has.53
"Well,well,well," he seemed amused of my features,taking slow steps to approach me."I see a cute girl standing before me.I hope you're not too hard to fight by telling how you look."54

The ninja chuckled a bit,getting the idea that I'm not the kind of fighter."Now that won't be fun,is it?"56

But that smart face he made is been ruined by Sasuke's foot that kicked his head,downwards.A kunai flew to aim down at the rain ninja while it's still recovering to get up,swiftly.He started to run away as Naruto came into the scene with Ryuu and Sakura by his side.58
"Oh no you don't!" said the proud orange character,leaping to chase after him.59
Sasuke groaned while I was quivering behind him."It's about time you showed up. . ."60
He's doing some trick with his feet with Naruto's kunai,trying to focusing on some chakra to his foot,and shoot straight at the rain ninja with his Sharingan is on.The ninja flew to the side to make it miss him,but Sasuke appeared in front of him,drilling the sharp object into his chest as blood smeared on his cheek.61
"Sasuke-kun!" Sakura screamed his name,but it didn't help him with anything.62
This is the first time I watched Sasuke is trying to kill someone to protect us,even right in front of me by taking that ninja down when he was about to hurt me.I guess Sasuke is holding onto his word of keeping me safe.I never knew he was so promising for it,even without me asking for it.He's such a good friend.63
The ninja shoved Sasuke off of him so he can ran away through the trees of retreating back where his other teammates might be.My heart stopped beating rapidly of cautious worries filled into my head.I never thought that we will get through that so quickly.Well,the battle will take forever if that ninja wouldn't ran away from us.Looks like we have to prepare then.64

We all gathered around,making a crooked circle of where we sit.I noticed that the blood on Sasuke's face is still there.It kind of scares me that he might look like a killer,and I can't stand of blood on someone who is grateful,someone like the last Uchiha survivor.66
I tried getting some cloth from my bag and wet it with my own small water bottle that I carried.I hope he doesn't mind me cleaning the red liquid off his cheek.Sasuke flinched of feeling the wet rag touched his skin,turning his attention towards to me with a puzzle look on his face.67
"Thanks,but I'm fine," he struggles to pull away from my hand to continue of wiping the stain.68
I smiled as I finished of cleaning the last spot,finally done."Well,it's better to look like yourself,not a murderer."69
He didn't take that joke funny,appreciating my help and turned to the others who are still tired of the surprise attack that happened a moment ago.Sasuke began of starting the conversation about our safety.70
"Okay. . .,"he sighed,looking at every single one of us,checking if its the real us or not."If the five of us get separated,don't trust anyone if they do look like one of us.There's a possibility that an enemy might transform into one of us and approach."71
Naruto nodded as Sakura asked a question."So then,what should we do?"72

This aura that I am feeling is very strong.I could feel everyone's presence is here,but there's one that doesn't belong here.It seemed more evil,abnormal,not human,not an original Genin could have this kind of chakra.Then my heart start beating again,its a mysterious chakra to feel and its thirst for blood.What kind of creature who would be craving for blood,surely it's not human.It's ominous and bizarre.My skin gets cold and my hands tremble of fear.My cat senses are very clear to me that this is no ordinary battle that we will face sooner or later.Somebody is going to get hurt this time,and we're going to be separated.Am I imagining things,or thinking too much of this exam? "Well,I did said that I will have to say it one time so there is no way of repeating it now,"said Sasuke,getting up as he slides the scroll in his pocket."Alright,I'll keep the scroll."84
"Wait a minute,Sasuke,"Naruto mumbled,guessing that he didn't get the password,too,"I didn't get the. . ."85
Naruto stopped in his mid-sentence,feeling a sharp pain from his other cheek.I think too many people is already hurting his cheek.86
"Ah!" he yelped,letting the wound to settle down before touching it."What was that?"87
Everybody looked behind to see the big wide open space.It was really dark back there so I wouldn't dare to go and check on it.And the feeling came back to my body.The haunting aura crept around the air as I made my legs to step back a little.It was quiet at first,but some wind is moaning in that area of the corner.88
Then all of the sudden,a gush of wind came blasting us to make our light bodies to move backwards.89
I spotted my brother is grabbing the people around him,Naruto and Sakura,but he's leaving me and Sasuke behind to suffer the hard wind that might give me a severe cut.90

He did look back,but couldn't catch me on time.He wished to come back to get me,but the force is too much to handle for him.The wind have caught,making himself and the other two to blow away.92
"Look out!" shouted Sasuke.93
He quickly wrapped his arms around my tiny body.And the next thing we knew,we were rolling on the grass while the wind keeps on gushing to make us to hide behind a bush.A quick of transformation that my human body became a cat's.And then it stopped.94
The wind have finally calmed down when three ninja have appeared where we were sitting.They looked very strong than they act.So they were the ones who made that big commotion.They just wanted all of us to separate,and its a mission accomplish to them.It worked.95
"Alright,"said the female/male ninja,can't tell if it's a guy or girl."You two can keep an eye out somewhere else.I will go alone from here."96
At least we're just going to versus one,not three.That will be easier for us.But this ninja suggested to be alone,so I'm guessing that. . .I'm going to call him a guy. . .so I'm guessing that he's the most powerful one in his squad.97
The ninja disappeared all of the sudden,making Sasuke to let go of me as my transformation turned back to my original form.98
"What's going to happen to us,Sasuke-kun?" I asked quietly,knowing that this battle is going to be chaotic,more than I think.99

Whoa,Sasuke is little too over protective.Of course,you have to keep your guard up in this test so I don't blame Sasuke to be overreacting.104
Sakura did said the password,perfectly,even though that I have not heard of it before because I was dozing off in my thoughts.Sasuke accepted it.And there was another voice that called the rest of us.105
"Hey!"Naruto shouted,waving his arm as we all turned to him."What's up!"106
"Don't come any closer!" Sakura said,stopping Naruto to not run to us anymore."What's the password?"107

The strangely that he answered it perfectly.Sasuke had to catch that by throwing his own knife at him while Naruto had a good eye and fell down to miss that shot.Okay,it does make me confuse.109
"What was that all about?!" he shouted,sitting up in pain."You could have killed me!"110
"Got to tell ya,"Sasuke smirked,impressed by the quick movement and such a challenge will come to us."You're quicker than the last one."111

I was sucked into another world,but I see myself sitting on the ground.Screaming of pain that red liquid have flew into the air.Screeching noises in the background,image of Sakura is leaking out blood all over her body.A hand of Sasuke's is dying while his garments on his arms that are ripping apart.But I saw my own eye is shredding out of blood instead of clear tears that can be poured out.My whole body looked a total wreck,body parts are been twisted.My mouth dripped of red color drool,and feel like my organs are ready to pop.A whole lots of red liquid smeared almost everywhere around the background,and then came three knives that shot through our heads.135
Then we all came back.A heart beat is been skipped,coming back to reality.It took a few seconds for Sasuke to slow down his pants,but then sooner or later,he vomit on the ground of such vision he saw.Remembering my own vision,I just can't. . .What I just saw is not nothing to be relaxed on.But what just. . .That image of myself,crying of agony and so much. . .136
Now I found myself panting as well.My hands covered my mouth of shock of the awful scene.I can already feel my tears are spilling all over my eyelids,but it seems more like my eyes are ready to explode.My pupils are already shaking of the event just happened.I coughed loudly of something red is coming through my teeth.137
And I was crying of pain,breaking down into tears with my small whimpers crept onto my palm.I have not seen anything like this in my entire life.138

Of course I wouldn't want to suffer with stuff like this,but to not end it like this.My life seems too short and it will be a tragic moment to die like this.I would want to be gone by aging.148
I tried getting a hold of myself as I looked up at the unknown ninja with puffed eyes and tear stains dried on my cheeks.And I was a mess.I went out of control,that I don't look like myself anymore.My hair is messy,eyes are too wide of shock,and my face is nothing but full of pain.149
My pupil started to shake again when the ninja stopped in the middle of the field when he's about half way of where we're at.150

I couldn't believe of what just happened,for a second I thought I was going to die.But the blue raven have to hurt himself to get the three of us to be completely get out of that death hole.I wasn't too sure of what Sakura had felt,but I know of myself.I was overreacting too much because I know that mine is too abusive and brutal.My death just has to be the worst.To me,that will be the last time that I will see myself dying before my eyes.It will only be a warning.154
Sasuke dropped us at a high tree branch as he fell in pain while Sakura tried to give him comfort.My body stood for a moment.My eyes are twitching and I can feel my skin grew cold.My heart just wouldn't stop pounding so hard that I can already feel myself dying.For once,my senses can't remain calm.155
Then I came falling on my knees and sat still with my legs are pulled to my chest of worries filled into my mind.I dug my head into my arms of fear.I just don't know what will happen next.Are we going to make it? Is the ninja is already looking for us? Where is Naruto and Ryuu?156
I stopped with my worries when I see that Sasuke had covered Sakura's mouth by her chattering.The aura between all of us is silent,trying to make ourselves to be safe as possible.Sasuke was shaking violently,he is keeping himself to look out for anybody who might be approaching.HIs expression is full of seriousness and concentrated,but I knew.He's not serious,he's afraid.157

With a thrash of a giant snake's mouth,everything in our branch became nothing but little pieces of splinters.Sakura got away easily,but all I know is my body is falling.159
Sasuke doesn't have time to catch me,he's too busy to distract the snake to avoid us.But thanks to Sakura's sharp eyes,she have noticed my lifeless body is falling from a very high distance.She timed herself,trying to make a good catch without hurting me or her.So she ran forward when I was half way to hit the branch.With her arms extended out,my body crashed into someone's figure,already knew it's my female teammate.We began to roll,but hit against the tree bark as our stop sign.Boy,I need to be more careful with myself.160
I groaned,rubbing my head while the pink girl was trembling of getting up.My hand grabbed her arm to support her to get on her feet,but I was okay with myself sitting down.161
The tense feeling came back to me,letting my eyes turn back to the panted Uchiha."Sasuke!"162
But I was late of the action,watching the snake fall on a branch with ninja stars and kunai knives are sunk into it's neck.The Uchiha knelt down of exhaustion,putting too much effort into his fighting skills.He stopped breathing when there's something that sounded like glass is breaking.It was from the snake.The scale is cracking opening,spotting something black is rising over the snake.163
