Sarah awoke to a dark dismal morning, as usual, but then again, it could be worse. She knew that the times could be different, but then again, it could be worse. She was aware that people hated her father, but then again, it could be worse. And she knew that Centropolis was nothing like it was when the Earth Federation discovered it all those years ago.1
She got up and turned on her favorite version of Tetris, the one that made her a part of the game, for she was actually riding the pieces that were riding down from the top of the screen to the bottom and putting the pieces in the gaps. But what she really wanted to do was go to the planet Tetris in the Solaris Galaxy, where some ancient race of people actually made stone puzzles that, when opened, hid treasure troves, and anything like that, the puzzles were like that game, where you get three or more, and they disappear. They were like that all right, except for the fact that they disappeared into the floor, and became the tile for the next room, which, could also be booby-trapped.2
The scientists so far, had managed to uncover three of the hardest puzzles in the bottom of the Puzzler's Mire, and they had only managed to solve one. That was Sarah's goal in life, to solve every puzzle on the planet Tetris, and find the treasures there. She wanted to become the greatest archaeologist in the Solaris Galaxy, and she wanted to be rich, filthy rich. 3
As she left that morning to get on the bus, to get to the edge of the square, so that she could get to the Centropolis Academy of the Federation, and hopefully see her old crush, Joaquin Nitros. 4
What she didn't expect, was that he would change so much in less than a year of seperation from each other. But he had, and so it was that Sarah had a new dilemma, hello new Joaquin.5
