Twilight: Burn it! BURN IT!

Twilight is a complete waste of 544 pages! It's like a terrible, terrible rip off of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I myself am a HUGE Buffy fan, and if it hadn't been for that TV show, Twilight would have forever tarnished my visions of vampires.1

Stephanie Myers may have written other good books, I don't know, but the Twilight Saga is not one of them. Words are repeated over and over again, and throughout the book Bella "Stares at Edward longingly...". I mean, can't you use a different descriptive phrase instead of using the same one over and over again? People are reading Twilight and thinking that THAT is what good writing looks like.2

Also, Bella is weak. She never stands up for herself! And there are way too many times where Edward does something "sweet" or "romantic" but which is actually extremely dumb.3

In closing: If it has no fangs and sparkles, it is a FAIRY, not a vampire.

Hahaa! Edward is a fairy! AKA puff. I mean, who the hell sparkles? And is pale white, perfect, full-lips, etc..If I hadnt read Twilight, I would've thought Edward was a GIRL. LORD ALMIGHTY, even IF Twilight wasnt repetitive and had some good 'oh howest I long for thoust art perfect buttocks' it still would make me roll my eyes because IT IS ALL ABOUT HER LONGING AND SWOONING FOR EDWARD...Hereby not differentiating her from all the other girls who Edward said their heads were filled with junk and fluff and romance. I'm not surprised at the end of Breaking Dawn when he finally got into her head, he didnt just grab the mutant child and divorce her--HE SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE HOW HER MIND TRULY WORKS, AKA, NOT ANY DIFFERENT FROM ANY MARY SUE. *fumes* Although her book, 'The Host' is sort of good. I'm not making any comparisons though.

'It is a FAIRY, not a vampire'.
Now that, my friend, just made my day. (Edward is actually a fairy in disguise! What the hell?)
It's great to see a twelve-year-old who actually thinks. People my age who read Twilight wouldn't be able to tell a mouse from the North Twin Tower. Great rant.

That really is sad. I have seen people like that--who think Twilight is like, the greatest literary phenomenon ever, since..ever. Because they dont even KNOW any literary accomplishments that they could compare it to. TWILIGHT=CRAPP.
