The Why Me Tapes:21

15 years ago, on the 21st of March, 8 VHS tapes containing a combined total of 30 hours of footage
were found abandoned the doorstep of the NSA. The footage itself contains nothing of value,
But listen closely; the real treasure lies in the 30 hours of audio playing continously in the background. It is simply a collection of approximately 10,000 different voices saying "Why Me?" one after the other. Since that fateful Monday, the NSA has worked tirelessly attempting to decipher the meaning and intention of the tapes. The identities of the voices and creators of the tape are also unknown, although there are rumors that NSA specialists have matched voiceprints of 54 of the participants to real people. Rumors are unconfirmed, and probably untrue, as they originate from Natsum, the origin of all rumors. (See Weird and Random Ideas Vol. #2)22

No one knows when it was built. No one knows when it was founded. No one knows who works here. No one even knows what building it's in. The Hall of Bad Records is an institute located somewhere in the heart of the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.), designed to store every single copy of bad, unenjoyable, or out-dated music in existance. Their collection is estimated at
700,000,000 records strong. Those second hand record shops you often see when walking around sketchy parts of town are just a few of the many suppliers that work for The Hall of Bad Records.
No employees of The Hall of Bad Records have ever been found, but it is rumored that Natsum, who's great great great great great grandfather had sex with every woman he could find, is related to all of them. (See Weird and Random Ideas Vol. #5)26
