Chapter 8: Ugh Really?!1

I woke up the next morning to the buzzing of my alarm clock. I almost forgot that school wasn't over yet. I sat up hit the alarm and headed for the shower. 2

The water was steaming hot on my ice cold pale skin, but I didn't care. Once I got used to it my muscles relaxed and I was able to finish my shower peacefully.3

When I got out of the shower I went to my closet to pick out some clothes. I chose my new blood red skinnies and Escape the Fate t-shirt that Aiden had bought for me. I straightened my hair and put a glittery blood red bow in. I quickly did my makeup grabbed my bag and converse and headed for downstairs.4

I walked into the kitchen and saw Aiden, his Mom, and his Dad all sitting at the table eating breakfast.5

Aiden, Mr. & Mrs. Adams: Good Morning Shyloh!6

I smiled.7

Me: Good Morning!8

I sat at the table and his mom brought me a bowl of Captain Crunch (my favorite)9

Me: Thankyou10

Aiden's Dad: So how was your first night sleeping here Shyloh, I'm sure it must have been quite different then at your house. 11

Me: It was actually quite peaceful, I fell asleep right away.12

Aiden's Mom: Well that's good to hear, atleast we know your comfortable here.13

I smiled and carried on with my breakfast.14

Aiden: Shy we need to get to school dont want to be late your first day back.15

Truth was I really didn't want to go back. I liked it like this just me and Aiden and his parents. No one judging me or calling me names. I was kind of afraid to go back. But I knew I had to and I knew Aiden wanted me too. But what if he started to treat me bad again. 16

I got up said goodbye to his parents and walked to his car.18

We drove to the school and he parked. We sat there for a while, in silence just sitting.19

Aiden: Shy are you okay?20

Me: No, i'm scared. What if one of your friends come up to us and you start acting like a jerk again??21

Aiden: Shy listen to me that's the past I promise it's not gonna happen ok.22
