Adoration

Like Sephiroth I knew somewhere that my existence was special. That my body was made for more than fighting as Shin-ra had wanted. I knew I was something special...but I didn't count on something like this...1

Genesis frowned as he leaned over the toilet in his room expelling from his stomach the contents of his lunch and breakfast from the day as he panted lightly and leaned up only to lean back over as the second wave of nausea hit him. Once he was sure the rest was dry heaves he flushed the toilet, and lay his head on the toilet seat not daring himself to get up and move yet. At least until his stomach un knotted itself. 2

He knew what was going on it was something that even he thought for the longest time was impossible. Slowly he moved his hand down to his stomach and hesitantly felt the outline of the swell. At first it seemed like he was gaining weight. Hell that's what he thought it was a t first. What with the sudden increase in his appetite. It wasn't until the routine testing done by Professor Holander that he got the news. 3

He...Genesis 1st class of SOILDER was with child. How in the hell did that happen without his knowing. Then again it was a well known fact that males didn't have children. However. Genesis was special, very special indeed. A small smile worked itself onto Genesis's beautiful features as he looked at the outline of his swell and gently caressed his stomach. 5

"If you keep making me sick like this you won't be able to eat anything good baby." Genesis said and slowly stood waiting for the normal lightheaded feeling to go away looked at the door that led into his bedroom hearing the familiar knock as he turned his bathroom light out and closed the door. 6

"Enter." He said and went to his bed picking up his crimson jacket sliding it on. "Something wrong? You don't normally knock..Sephiroth." he said and looked seeing one of his only two friends walk in.7

"You don't normally keep your door closed unless we're out on missions. Is everything alright? You've been distant lately." Sephiroth said.8

"I've just been tired lately, all the tests Holander wants done on the 1st class is starting to take its toll. I'll be alright. So what brings you here partner?" Genesis said and picked up his sword and checked it over wiping it down with a cloth.9

"New recruits. The Director wants us firsts to give them an official welcome." Sephiroth said.10

"Hmm..go figure any that look promising?" Genesis asked.11

"A few but only time will tell." He said as Genesis nodded in agreement and fixed his hair and attached his sword to his belt.12

"You sure your alright? You look pale." Sephiroth asked looking at his friend. 13

"Angeal is pale. Its probably the lack of rest doing it, I'll rest after the little speech and training." He said and left the room as Sephiroth watched him leave and followed after him.
