Should you feel sorry for me?1

Because of my obsession for perfection,2

Needing to be perfect,3

Just to feel wanted,4

And not to feel haunted.5

Like a shadow over my shoulder,6

My broken skull from the boulder.7

Caring?8

Love?9

You know none of the above,10

Listen to yourself,11

The simple reaction,12

From the action.13

Would that mean getting rid of the runt,14

From the litter?15

Is there no hope for the last,16

For the loser?17

What about the accuser?18
