Revenge of Sophia (part 6)

As they reached the temple of the ancients, Sophia felt slightly uneasy, as though something was repelling her. She knew that she and the others were not welcome here, yet she continued on, knowing that she needed to obtain the black materia.1

"How do we get the black materia?" Sophia asked the clone.2

"Well, we can either solve the puzzles within the temple ourselves and obtain it that way, meaning at least one of us will dissappear, or we can use shinra and that blonde headed fool Cloud as our pawns to get the materia," he answered.3

Sadie, looking confused asked,4

"What do you mean? How will one of us dissappear when the black materia is found?"5

Both heads then turned to Sophia, who seemed to be deep in thought6

"Hmm, the puzzles must be solved in order for the black materia to appear, we cannot get the black materia without a sacrifice, meaning that either the guardian is very powerful, which i doubt, or the temple itself is the black materia. typical to think something like that up, especially the cetra. They cannot risk dangerous magic like that getting out, so we need to find ourselves a puppet." Sophia wondered out loud.7

"The puppet is easy. We can use Cloud. After all, he won't know a thing." The clone replied.8

Sadie asked, "How do you know he will turn up here???"9

"He will come, one, he wants this materia aswell, two, he will probably want to try and kill me" The clone replied.10

Sadie, still looking confused, turned to them and asked, 11

"So what do we do now??"12

"We wait, we need the person with the key. Then, we explore and see what we can find out," The clone said once more.13

They seemed to have waited for what had seemed like forever when the Turks turned up. Sophia and Sadie hid behind the pillars of the entrance as the clone obtained entry to the holy temple. Sophia and Sadie sneaked past them without being seen and headed off into the depths of the temple of the ancients.14
