Why?

Why am I being
The butt of a joke
Just because I like
Something different1

Why am I being hurt
For being myself
For wanting to be different2

You wouldn't know
What it's like
To be made fun of
To try and hide your insecurities
To put a strong front up
So you won't make anyone worry3

You have a new car
You parents give you
What you want
And you're spoiled4

So just shut up
And stop fueling
The insecurities I try
To keep under control

    aww this was sad, but very well-written. I could tell well readin ghits that it seemed like you wrote it from personal experience or something. It only appeared that way to me though, I don't know if I am right

    Still, this was a fnatastic read, and I like the point you made.

      i was being made fun of and had just found out for what, i was so upset and luckily i had my little notebook with me so i was able to write out what i was feeling and keep myself under control
