day one, no human contact. 1

I don't remember anything. What so ever. I was with Molly, we were just hanging out. Girl stuff. Then it went bright. Sound stopped. Then i simply wasn't there. Just some where else. I had some kind of i.v. in my arm. every thing about my body was the way it was before the light but that. Singlet, jumper, skinny jeans and gloves. I ripped out the i.v. and screamed. It was infused with my immediate skin. Arms, no sensation for a moment.2

I screamed again. 3

It was dark, cold. A hospital none the less. It looked how you would expect a hospital to look, just different. It was empty. Pale long walls, dark rooms, bland blue and yellow tiles on the floor. It smelt. like sterile plastic. I was up in a higher level.5

I found my way out side. The elevators didn't work. It took forever to get down. The hospital was unwelcoming deserted and eerie. So i sprinted down the stairs and left.6

It was my home city, but cold. There was no one. not even scraps of people. Like the sun stopped shining as bright and the people just left. I ran into the hotel across the street. Empty.7

Suddenly the darkness began to creep in.10

lurching forward holding my gut i felt pain. Hunger. All the food in the hotel was chocolate and uncooked meat. So my best bet was to eat all the chocolate i could find in the seven snack bars in separate luxury rooms. It was cold, taking all the blankets from each room was my only option.11

The brightest room seemed most appealing to me. Surprisingly the lights still worked. The t.v. didn't. Not even static. The darkness took over the surrounding area of the hotel. No light. As if the twilight didn't work.12

Then a sudden realization. I'm all alone.13
