arent you glad you didnt turn on your lights last night

I heard about a girl named Chloe Airsmith. She went to a end of year prom with a Michel Fin. Her room mate Kara Kace stayed behind to study for some test.1

Chloe was never alone that night, right up till she went back to her dorm. she went to get some odd items before heading to her boyfriend's room for the night. She entered but did not turn on the light, knowing that her roommate was sleeping. She stumbled around the room in the dark for several minutes, gathering books, clothes, toothbrush, etc. before finally leaving.2

The next day, she came back to her room to find it surrounded . She stumbled past the police guard, past the mass of people. she was being held back, and police told her to stop but time just stopped and she sifted with ease past the registrants and there, written in blood apon the wall beyond her friends bed, were the words, "Aren't you glad you didn't turn on the light?" Her roommate was gone.

    I like it.
    Even though it's less than 200 words long, it's very well written for a short story.
