My smile is beautiful, I know that is true.3

For it makes me feel happy, it makes me forget about you.4

For no matter how much I feel down,5

If I smile, it takes away my frown.6

Beautiful Inspiration.7

There is a beautiful inspiration knowing there is a future out there for me.8

And it is not just a dream, I can do more than see.9

I can live my future, I can make it real.10

And the closer I get to it with the more that I heal.11

It feels amazing to know I am getting to where I want to be.12

Knowing every step I make, is another step towards being free.13

Knowing that as I live every single day,14

My future is looking exciting and my past is fading away.15

A future that is mine, it is so beautifully true.16

A future where I am free of all the pain of you.17

A future filled with aims to fulfil my dreams.18

A whole lifetime to find out what my life means.19

Beautiful.20

I sometimes stare at my face for a while,21

And notice that I have a beautiful smile.22

It changes my face, lights up my frown.23

It makes me feel pretty when I get down.24

It has a beauty trying to break free.25

It is form my soul, it is part of me.26

So how can I feel so ugly within,27

When my smile can wipe out any pain caused by him.28

Look at your face, what do you see?30

I see a face, but it is not me.31

I am not seeing myself inside.32

I am not here, I think I died.33

Look again, put a smile on your face.34

Yes, now I am in this place.35

My smile is me, it is from my soul,36

My body, mind and spirit are whole.37

Now look again, how do you feel?38

Now I feel that I am real.39

I look so happy, I feel so free,40

With a smile on my face, I am me.41

Beautiful Feeling.42

My freedom within is the most beautiful feeling.43

It inspires my soul to always keep healing,44

And finding happiness, finding the strength to stay strong.45

Finding the understanding of how I carrying on.46

My freedom within is to cry a tear,47

And know deep in my heart that comfort is near.48

Or to laugh and smile a happiness that feels real,49

Or just have an emotion that I can feel. 50

My freedom within is a peace so calm,51

A protection around my soul, to keep me safe from harm.52

A sparkle in my eyes and a warmth in my smile,53

A clearness of thoughts just for a while.54

Freedom.55

The years and years of sadness and the trauma of pain,56

Will not stop me now, for I no longer feel the shame,57

And I no longer carry secrets too heavy to bare,58

For I am happy now and helping myself repair.59

So this is now the end, I am free to move on,60

For the pain of my past now seems to be gone.61

As so are my addictions and the heaviness inside,62

For I am stronger now, for I learnt how to survive.63

Although I will never forget and I will never forgive,64

I have found a freedom within that has inspired me to live.65

And share the gifts I carry to help others see,66

That through anything in life you can work hard to be free.67

I am so happy I told the secrets of his evil sin,69

For now I have such a beautiful freedom within.70

That will stay with me for as long as I live,71

Giving me the strength to maybe one day forgive.72

I cannot erase any of my past,73

But I can make a fear become my last.74

The last of my hurt and my pain.75

The last of my addictions and my hiding in shame.76

I have only done this by accepting what happened to me.77

And I have worked really hard to become free.78

And now I can finally say how proud I ma today,79

For I have rid of my past and I have found my way.80
