Chapter 1 Blind Girl1

"Sally! Time for school!" My father yelled from down stairs. "Coming dad." I grumbled, loudly enough for him to hear. Great, New school, New town, new friends, new family too. I just moved in with my dad after my mom's death. I use to live in Salem, Oregon but now I'm in La push, Washington. I quickly got dressed in to my white dress and I let my long black hair seep down. I quickly braided my hair and I grabbed my school bag that went from my shoulder to my waist. I opened my door and walked out. "Do you need help down the stairs honey?" My father called up again, with much more concern. "Dad, I might be blind but that doesn't mean I can't do things by my self!" I snapped back.2

"Ok...." He declared. I started down the stairs, my hand on the rail. I put on my Vans and took out 75 cents for the bus. "Later dad." I called out from the back door. He was in the living room, and how I know? I heard the T.V on. “Bye Honey! I'll see you tonight!" He called and I walked off to the bus stop. I scrambled into the bus and was off to High school Hell. "This is La push High school, Stop 87." The driver announced. I sighed and walked out of the safety zone (the bus). I walked into the office. "May I help you?" Asked a female voice, guessing it was a blonde woman, 34 and has...brown eyes. Don't ask but when I hear their voice I can tell what they look like. I can just picture it in my mind.3

"Yes, um I'm Sally Jones and I need a school schedule. “Oh yes, Sally! Here you are and do you need help finding your classes?" She asked in a sweet voice, there was pity mixed in with it. "I'll help her Ms. Lara." Declared a male gruff voice. He grabbed my arm and was out the door in a split second. "Um...Hi?" I whispered finally. He snickered. "I'm Quil, and your Sally right?" He asked, letting go of my arm. "Yeah, So Quil are you telling me we are friends?" I asked him, lifting my frown to a fake smile. "Yeah I guess....So um Sally...." He started but stopped. "Yes?" I asked, prompting him to continue. I was feeling the wall with my hand, guiding myself the right way. "Why are you...Um walking like that?" He finally finished. I flinched. "I'm blind." I whispered bitterly.4

"Oh, um I-" He started. "This is my class, See ya later Quil." I cut in bitterly and opened the class door and sat down in the back row. I let my hair fall to my face and let my mind race with thoughts. It just feels like it's all coming down. I fear if I cry, the tears won't stop. I'm not a person who shows my sadness and fear to anyone but my mother and my mirror. My mom taught me that all I have to do is dance or just stand in the rain and no one could tell I was crying. I just needed to stand my ground, even when it was all crashing down.5

Well at least the teacher didn't tell me to introduce myself to the class. "Okay Class, this is Sally Jones and she is Dr.Jones daughter." Mrs. Amber told the class. Spoke to soon. Damn it. "Sally, would you come up dear?" She asked me. I sighed, but stood up and walked to the front of the class. "I'm Sally, Um I'm 15, and live with my dad now, I read, and listen to music. I write poems and stories. And I am a Twilight Fan and a house of night fan too." I announced to them, making myself give a fake smile. "So Sally, Why did you move here?" Mrs. Amber asked me finally. "My mom died in a fire and the rest of my family either was dead or didn't want me so I'm stuck with my father and so here I am." I answered her bitterly. It was silent. "You ah may sit back down now Sally." Mrs. Amber whispered in a tight voice.6

I did as I was told. "Hi, I'm Paul." I heard a male voice to my right whisper. Now that was freaky, also just like New Moon.7

"Hello Paul, I'm Sally and I'll talk to you at lunch okay? I need to do my work now." I whispered back to him. And that was that. He was quiet but sighed an okay. Why was he angry? Interesting. The bell rung 45 minutes later and he took me to lunch. "Hey guys, this is Sally. Sally this is Quil, Embry, Jared, Leah, Seth, and Sam is our ah...Dad I guess you can say and Emily is his fiancée but they are at home." Paul laughed. "Well we are missing someone now aren't we?" A different male voice muttered...Embry I'm guessing. "Shut up Jared." Embry mumbled. "SHUT UP BOTH OF YOU!" Leah yelled. I rolled my eyes. Well I was wrong but hey, everyone makes mistakes. "Who's missing?" Another Male voice called to them bitterly. "JACOB!" They all cheered. But me. Jacob Black? OMG this is too crazy. "Why is everyone's names exactly like The Twilight series?!" I demanded. Everyone was silent.8

That's when it hit me. "She based it on you guys didn't she? You guys are really them!" I asked in a low whisper. "And don't give me crap that it's not true because I'm not dumb." I growled lightly under my breath. Jacob sighed. "Yes it's true but if you tell anyone I swear..." He trailed off. I rolled my eyes. "You need not to worry about that, Trust me okay? Man, I can't believe this! You’re like my fave character Jacob! I hate Edward because he is so cold and...And so perfect! He is just so protective and worries too much!" I blurted out to them. I could tell everyone was smiling. "What do you think of...Bella?" Jacob asked me but low enough for only me to hear. "Personally I don't like her because she is so heartless for hurting you! I mean she just used you like a tissue!" I hissed bitterly. "Thank you." He whispered and I smiled. "Hey No problem!...Wait it says it breaking Dawn that you fell in love with that life sucking demon...I mean Nessie." I declared. "DON"T CALL HER THAT!" Embry yelled at me. Jacob laughed. "No I didn't, Embry did." Jacob explained. "Oh....So your single?" I laughed and winked. He burst into laughter.9

"Yes I am but your not my type. “He joked. I gasped in fake hurt. "How dare you" I sniffed and pouted. I punched his arm. He just laughed more. "Dumb Dog." I pouted again. "Ah! Don't be that way!" Jacob laughed and smirked. I hung out with Jacob and his pack for the rest of the school day. We walked outside and he froze. "Jacob? What's wrong?" I asked him, worried shinning on my face. "What are you doing here Bella?" He gritted though his teeth. "I just came to see you Jake...." Bella sobbed. "Bella? So this is her!" I growled. I heard a snarl. Edward Cullen. "And here is the leech called Edward." I snapped at him. "You told her?! You damn dog!" Edward yelled.10

I stepped in front of Jacob and growled. "He didn't tell me anything! I just am a very good at guessing." I hissed. "Like...Me?" Asked Bella. "Nothing like you! Never will be! You hurt Jacob and this pack and your so lucky I won't kick your here and now! And you can’t do a thing Edward or that would break the treaty!” I scream at Edward and Bella. “I can’t bite anyone but that doesn’t mean I can’t hurt you without my teeth and venom!” Edward hissed at me. I flinched.11

“Leave her alone Edward…And Bella…Just go. It still hurts…Please don’t come back…” Jacob whispered. “AH! Jacob! Don’t!” Bella sobbed. Edward bursted in laughter. “What’s so funny?” Bella sniffled. “This DOG is imprinted on this poor girl Named…Sally.” Edward laughed without humor. “GET OUT OF HERE LEECHES! THIS IS THEIR LAND! YOU’RE NOT WELCOME HERE!” I screamed at them.12

He just snarled but grabbed Bella and stormed off. “JACK !” I roared. I turned to Jacob and took him into a big hug. “I love you.” He whispered in my ear. A warm feeling trickled through me. He did imprint on me. And you know what? I was fine with that. “I love you to Jake.” I whispered back. He pulled his head back to look at me. I could hear Bella’s sobbing behind me. I grabbed him by his shirt and pulled him into a kiss. A blast of heat slammed through me, his kiss was sweet and intoxicating. I heard Bella gasp and I smiled ruefully. I pulled away and kissed his cheek. He gasped for breath but I could tell he was smiling too. “Jacob…..” I could hear Bella sob once again. I sighed in anger. I turned around and flipped her off. I heard her stomp her foot and run away. I raised my eyebrow. “She still stomp her feet?” I asked, I heard roaring of laughter behind me.13

Chapter 2 New reasons14


2 weeks later…15

Jacob’s warm hand snuggling into my cold one. I never felt so happy before. I don’t know when I stopped smiling after that day with Edward and Bella. It was the weekend; finally I could relax and have fun with him and his pack with out worrying on grades. We walked into the pizza parlor on Fifth Street. So far Jacob some how still didn’t know about me being blind. Here we were, finally we can dance in the sunlight and kiss under the full moon. Nothing could go wrong now. His imprinting on me was the best thing that could ever happen. Sam approves of me, my father approves of Jacob. But of course who wouldn’t? I mean he’s all I could ask for. He’s the man of my dreams. The even thought of him even kissing makes me feel so light headed. So…warmed hearted. I’ll never leave him. My heart stopped dead. I remember his sweet smell anywhere. What was he doing here? How did he find me? Ok, when I said my mom died by a fire, I never said that it was an accident. A man named Riku Lake set the house on fire.16

“Well, Well, Well, isn’t the wonderful Sally Jones.” I heard his raspy voice laugh. I froze in place and whimpered. My smile dropped. “How did you find me?” I whispered. He snickered. “It wasn’t too hard; I am friends with your father Sally.” He smirked. I laughed coldly. Jacob squeezed my hand. My smile returned. “Jacob, this Man is Riku Lake. He is…NOT my friend.” I declared. I could feel Jacob’s body shake with anger. “Now, Now Jacob; play fair. I have not done anything wrong.” He laughed bitterly. I snarled. “Sally trying to be tough? Listen girl, I saved you so your mine. Got that? I OWN you.” He hissed. I flinched. Did I tell you, the famous Riku Lake is a vampire who owns my blood because he saved me when I was younger? Well, he did and does. “What do you mean?” Jacob growled. “Didn’t Sally tell you?” Riku smirked. Jacob shook his head. My heart was thudding in my heart, loud enough for everyone to hear. Riku laughed. “This is perfect. Sally, Sally, Sally. You have been a bad girl. I own Sally’s blood. I came to claim what rightfully is MINE.” Riku snarled. “You’re a LEECH!” Jacob snarled at Riku. “Yes, you mongrel, I’m a vampire.” Riku snapped. Tears flooded in my eyes. “I’m not yours Riku. You never bit me, I’m my own.” I whispered. “For now, Soon your whole body will be tainted by me, and how you’ll you know is when I lick your neck and pierce my fangs into your wonderful flesh. You’ll FEEL me drinking your blood sweetly.” He whispered, taking a step to me.17

Jacob snarled and lunged forward. “NO JACOB!” I screamed, going between them. Jacob’s body slamming his warm body into mine. Pain shot through and it reminded me when my mom died and Riku covered me with his cold body to protect me. “Sally!” I heard him gasp. “I’m so sorry Jacob…I should have told you. Please don’t hurt him…he just…He saved me and I sort of owe him…” I whispered, tears flowing down. Great. I’m crying. “Really? Sorry that I interfered. I’ll just get out of your way.” He snarled and got up. I could hear him walk away. “JACOB COME BACK PLEASE!” I screamed, tears streaming down. Pain slashing at the edge of my heat. I ran to Jacob and we slammed softly into a table. My hand in his, our lips connected like one. The kiss was bitter-sweet. He pulled away and pushed me away. He turned and I could hear him walk out the door. I fell to my knees. The pain…it hurt so badly…I felt dead…And I wish it wasn’t true. How could he just leave me there? I thought he loved me. I was wrong…So wrong…I thought he was the one, my knight in shining armor! I guess nothing is like a fairy tale.18

Blind girls never get happy endings huh? I felt a cold hand on my shoulder. Riku. “I love the sound of you coming undone. It’s just so sweet. Come love, there is nothing for you here anymore. Why not just give yourself up?” He laughed cruelly. Defeat coursing through me. I got up. “Yes…Sir.” I whispered in major defeat. I could tell that he was smiling like a jack . Happy now Jacob?19

4 years later…20

Okay, so far what you missed is that La Push is now controlled by Riku. All his vampire friends came and killed many of the black family. Not all but a few. Like Paul, Sam, Emily and Embry. Just those four. I’m his slave. His princess. His Vampire princess. Yes, he made me one of THEM. I don’t know what happened to Jacob. I sat in the park, on a bench alone. Riku was busy in his dumb mansion screwing some of his sex toys. Gah. Then I heard a twig snap. I shot up and went in my defense position. “Who’s there?!” I called out. “Relax, it’s just me…” A voice whispered. Silence. Awkward silence. Jacob, My Jacob…I love you…You’re my prince… “What do YOU want Jacob?” I snarled. “You’re a vamp now huh? Great, the Bella thing all over again.” He whispered painfully.21

“Shut up. You hate me so don’t even start. You rejected me and Riku was the only one who truly loved me I guess.” I snapped. Say you love me…Say that’s not true, that you still want me and you’ll do anything to get me back… “Whatever. Your right, I do hate you.” He snarled. I flinched. NO! NO! NO! PLEASE LOVE ME! I NEED YOU! JACOB! Jacob…My Jacob… “Jacob…I…” I started. Then another snapped of a twig but this time behind me. “That’s why Leah and I are here to kill you.” Jacob snarled. “Jacob…” I started again. “NO! SHUT UP YOU BITCH!” He screamed.22

I felt Leah stab her dagger into my back through my chest and to my heart. I screamed in pain and staggered. I fell to my knees. “Fight back Sally. FIGHT BACK!” He yelled. “No…I won’t…” I declared in a soft whisper. “You killed my family! I hate you!” He snapped. “I didn’t…Riku did…I begged him not too…I’m sorry…so sorry…Please…” I cried. “Do you think I’m a fool?! Not matter how much you beg us not to kill you, we won’t listen.” He snarled. I grabbed his wrist and pulled him next to me.23

I put the knife that is in his hand to my throat. “I’m not begging for you to not kill me but too kill me. Kill me Jacob…Kill me if that makes you happy…Kill me if it makes you feel right…Kill me now is it makes you alright…Kill me Jacob…” I pleaded to him. He froze. “Sally…” He started. “Don’t fall for her tricks Jake!” Leah growled. “Kill Me Jacob but don’t ever think I wanted this to happen! Don’t ever forget that I am still more in love with you then you’ll ever know! Kill me Jacob…Put me out of my misery of being his Vampire princess…His Slave…His blood bag…” I whispered in pain, blood slipping out of my mouth.24

He flinched. I pulled his hand closer, the knife slicing in to my skin. It stayed there, not moving one inch. Blood slowly trickling down my throat. Pain slashing at the edge of what’s left of my black heart. Memories fading in and out. My father…My mother…Jacob’s kiss… “Kill me Jacob and let yourself be cleanse from all of my horrible doing.” I declared. “Sally…I’m…I…” Jacob started. My eyes narrowed. “KILL ME DAMN IT! I WANT TO DIE! I HATE WHAT I HAVE BECOME!!!” I screeched in anger and let the blade slice across my throat. “SALLY! NO! DON’T DIE! I-I-I LOVE YOU!” He demanded in agony. I kissed his cheek silently. “I love you too. Goodbye my Jacob Black Prince…” I whispered faintly and my world faded to black. Finally! Finally! My Jacob…My Jacob black bear…My wonderful prince…I love you even with all the new reasons I shouldn’t…25

Chapter 3 Candy Hearts26


I awoke in a dark room, a slight snoring coming beside me. I blinked and gasped. Was it all a dream? Was there no war and Jacob never tried to kill me? “Sally?! You’re awake!” He exclaimed. My throat stung badly. “Ah man my throat is killing me.” I whispered. “Well no duh Sal, you did almost kill yourself.” He laughed shortly. I sighed. So it wasn’t a dream. “So what you told me…you meant it?” I asked slowly. “Yes Sally I meant it. I am still madly in love with you, I always did.” He whispered. He is my savior…My love…his arms is my castle, his heart IS my sky…He is my guardian… Tears welled up in my eyes. “Jacob…I love you too…I’m…so sorry for what happen to them…Too your family…I did try, I swear I did.” I cried. He pulled me into his arms. “I know you…I know…You tried your best Sal…” He soothed. My heart hurt so much for all the dead…Then an idea hit me! “JACOB!” I shouted in glee and tackled him. He gasped in surprise.27

“Sorry.” I laughed sheepishly. He laughed too. “Yes?” He breathed. My breath shorted. “I…um…” I stuttered. He pulled me and kissed my lips tenderly. Heat flowing in, pumping like a heart beat. I pulled away playfully. “You’re a real good kisser but you changed the topic.” I laughed. “Tell me later, Kiss me now.” He teased. I smiled. I bit my lip and bent back down to his mouth. I brushed his warm lips gently, teasing him. Wow, I never knew how good it was to be 19 till now! He pulled me so close it made me melt into his figure. I grabbed him by his shirt and smashed his lips against mine. I closed my eyes to savior the moment, even though it wouldn’t matter if I did or didn’t anyway. I felt him taking off my shirt. At that point, everything I knew about love disappeared and was about to feel more then I ever known. I helped him take off his pants and soon all was left was his boxers.28

He slid off my pants, shirt and bra. Only underwear and boxers was holding us back now. The heat was like heaven to me, god it felt so good to be with him again. I felt him kissing my neck to my chest and back up. I felt him pulling off my underwear. I trembled slightly under his body. He stopped. “I’m sorry Sally…I thought you wanted me too…I’m sorry.” He whispered, about to get up. “No! I do want you too! Jacob…” I whimpered, pulling him back down on me. Shock in his eyes. Heat dancing under his body. I bit my lip and slowly pulled off his boxers. His warm lips kissing my neck once again. I moaned in pleasure29

Finally fully naked, he shoved me close….so close….Oh god….Jacob….Yes…. “Jacob.” I softly moaned in pleasure again. “I love you Sally…” He whispered in my ear. “Yes…Yes…Yes! I love you too!” I almost screamed. He smiled and kept pushing me closer to him…30

He didn’t notice but my eyes changed from green to black. Oh no…. I could feel the hurting urge for blood pounding in my chest and lips. I pulled away from him. Jacob blinked in shock. “I’m so sorry Jacob…I-I-I almost lost my control….Your blood….God….I’m so sorry…” I whimpered. He blinked again and smiled. “I got an idea.” He declared and pulled me close again. He softly pushed my lips to his bare chest. “Bite me.” He whispered. “What!?” I snapped, fear snaking through my body. “Bite me.” He simply whispered again. He cut his neck with his nail and….The smell…so good….unspeakable smell…so good…one drink…won’t hurt- No! It will hurt him! “Jacob! No! I don’t want to hurt you!” I whimpered again. 31

“Just bite alright.” He demanded softly. My fangs slide down and I licked his chest. Heat flowing in my body. I sank my fangs deeply and shivered. His blood was better than anything I’ve ever tasted. He moaned and pulled me closer. Then I felt him brush my hair back. Continued to drink his blood. I felt his werewolf fangs seep down into my neck. I froze then I knew his idea. I sank my fangs even deeper and let my desire take over. We were bonded. Now I knew I could stop drinking. When I knew I had too, I would. I closed my eyes and shoved him close.32

****Morning****
I awoke to Jacob's sleeping face and I smiled. My heart warm and full of love. I bit my lip and sighed happily. I wasn't a virgin anymore and I lost it with the true man I loved. I slowly stood up and turned to see Leah. I blinked and she snarled. I backed up and she smirked. "You stole him from me. You dirty little whore, I love him!" She snarled and slammed my naked body into the wall.33

This made Jacob wake up and his eyes went wide with shock. "Leah!" He screamed. My body trembled. I stole something she never had. She never got to have. Love. "I..." I started and she smacked me. With my magic, I had my clothes on easily and I shrunk back into the wall more. "I got to go." I finally blurted and ran past Leah and Jacob. Tears blinding in my eyes. Running into Riku. "Your tainted by HIM!" He snarled in rage and slammed my whole body into a wall. Blood running down.
